Claims (27)

  1. 마스터 브레이크 실린더(2)와 펌프(17,18)와, 공급 탱크(11)와, 상기 마스터 브레이크 실린더(2)와 차륜 브레이크 사이에 설치되고 유입 밸브(21,22)가 삽입되어 있는 브레이크 라인과, 공급 탱크(11)와 차륜 브레이크 사이에 설치되고 유출 밸브(23,24)가 삽입되어 있는 릴리프 라인(25)과 상기 펌프(17,18)로부터 브레이크 라인(12.13)까지 연장되는 압력 라인(15,16)과 그 압력 라인(15,16)이 상기 브레이크 라인에 이어지는 지점과 마스터 브레이크 실린더(2) 사이에서 사익 브레이크 라인(12),13)내에 설치되고 폐쇄위치에 유지될 수 있도록 펌프 압력에 의해 스위치되는 분리밸브(14)와, 압력 라인(15,16)에 마스터 브레이크 실린더(2)의 압력에 비례하는 펌프 압력을 발생시키는 조절밸브(19)를 구비하는 안티-로크 유압 브레이크 장치에 있어서, 분리 밸브(14)의 밸브 통로(36)이 조절 밸브(19) 작동 피스톤(130)내에 배치되고, 조절밸브(19)의 밸브 통로(49)는 분리 밸브(14)의 작동 피스톤(30)상에 배치되어 있는것을 특징으로하는 안티-로트 유압 브레이크 장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 압력 라인(15,16)내에 펌프출구쪽을 폐쇄시키는 첵 밸브(58)가 삽입되는 것을 특징으로하는 안티-로트 유압 브레이크 장치.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 조절밸브(19)의 작동 피스톤(44)이 분리 밸브(14)의 작동 피스톤내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로하는 안티-로크 유압 브레이크 장치.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분리 밸브(14)의 작동 피스톤은 스텝 피스톤(30)으로 구성되고, 그의 작은 끝면은 마스터 실린더(2)와 연통하는 마스터 실린더 유입실(33)에 인접하게 배치되고, 큰 끝면은 폄프출구에 연결되어 있는 펌프 유입실(32)에 인접하게 배치되고, 계단부에 형성되는 환형실은 공급탱크(11)과 연통하는 것을 특징으로하는 안티-로크 유압 브레이크 장치.
  5. 제 1 항 내지 제 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 조절밸브(19)의 밸브 통로(49)는 펌프 유입실(32)로부터 환형실(34)까지 연장되는 것을 특징으로하는 안티-로크 유압 브레이크 장치.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 조절밸브(19)의 작동 피스톤(44)는 분리 밸브(14)의 작동 피스톤(30)에 형성된 축방향 보어내로 안내되며, 그의 일 끝면은 마스터 실린더 유입실(34)에 인접하게 위치되는 것을 특징으로하는 안티-로크 유압 브레이크 장치.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항에에 있어서, 조절밸브(19)의 작동 피스톤(44)가 밸브 통로(49)를 폐쇄시키도록 스프링(50)에 의해 부하를 받는것을 특징으로하는 안티-로크 유압 브레이크 장치.
  8. 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 분리 밸브(14)의 밸브 통로(36)은 분리 밸브(14)의 작동 피스톤(102)의 끝면의 반대쪽에 배치되는 것을 특징으로하는 안티-로크 유압 브레이크 장치.
  9. 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 분리 밸브 및 조절 밸브의 폐쇄 부재(101a, 101b)는 공통의 작동 피스톤(102)의 양끝면상에 형성되어 있는것을 특징으로하는 안티-로크 유압 브레이크 장치.
  10. 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 분리 밸브(14)의 작동 피스톤(30)은 보조 피스톤(19)와 협력하며, 그의 일끝면은 펌프 출구와 직접 연통하는 실(122)를 형성하며, 다른 끝면은 분리 밸브(14)의 작동 피스톤(30)과 접촉하도록 이동가능하며 차륜 브레이크의 연통하는 유출실(32)에 인접하게 배치되는 것을 특징으로하는 안티-로크 유압 브레이크 장치.
  11. 제 10 항에 있어서, 작동 피스톤(30)은 밸브 통로(36)을 거쳐 마스터 실린더(2)와 연통하고 밸브 통로(49)를 거쳐 공급 탱크(11)과 연통하는 실(32)를 형성하고, 상기 밸브 통로(49)는 하우징에 단단하게 고정된 핀(115)에 가압 촉촉하도록 이동가능한 폐쇄부재(37)에 의해 제어되며, 밸브 통로(36)은 작동 피스톤(30)에 가압 접촉하도록 이동가능한 폐쇄부재(37)에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로하는 안티-로크 유압 브레이크 장치.
  12. 제 11 항에 있어서, 실(122)와 실(32) 사이에 스로틀(110)이 삽입되는 것을 특징으로하는 안티-로크 유압 브레이크 장치.
  13. 제 10 항에 있어서, 보조 피스톤(1919)는 펌프 압력에 의해 작동될때 분리 밸브(14)의 작동 피스톤(30)이 폐쇄위치로 이동될 수 있게 하도록 이동 하는 것을 특징으로하는 안티-로크 유압 브레이크 장치.
  14. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 분리 밸브(14)의 작동 피스톤(37)은 조절 밸브(19)의 작동 피스톤(130)내에 배치되고, 분리 밸브(14)의 밸브 통로(36)의 작동 피스톤(130)내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로하는 안티-로트 유압 브레이크 장치.
  15. 제 14 항에 있어서, 조절밸브(19)의 밸브 통로(49)는 조절밸브(19)의 작동 피스톤(130)내에 배치되고, 조절밸브(19)의 폐쇄부재(43)은 하우징에 단단하게 고정된 핀(142)과 협력하는 것을 특징으로하는 안티-로크 유압 브레이크 장치.
  16. 제 15 항에 있어서, 조절 밸브(19)의 폐쇄 부재(43)은 조절 밸브(19)의 작동 피스톤(130)내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로하는 안티-로크 유압 브레이크 장치.
  17. 마스터 브레이크 실린더(2)와, 펌프(17,18)와, 공급 탱크(11)와, 상기 마스트 브레이크 실린더(2)와 차륜 브레이크 사이에 설치되고 유입 밸브(21,22)가 삽입되어 있는 브레이크 라인(12,13)과, 공급 탱크(11)와 차륜 브레이크 사이에 설치되고 유출 밸브(23,24)가 삽입되어 있는 릴리프 라인(25)과, 상기 펌프(17,18)로 부터 브레이크 라인(12,13)까지 연장되는 압력 라인(15,16)과, 그 압력 라인(15,16)이 상기 브레이크 라인에 이어지는 지점과 마스터 브레이크 실린더(2) 사이에서 상기 브레이크 라인(12,13)내에 설치되고 폐쇄위치에 유지될 수 있도록 펌프 압력에 의해 스위치되는 분리 밸브(14)와, 압력라인(15,16)에 마스터 브레이크 실린더(2)의 압력에 비례하는 펌프 압력을 발생시키는 조절 밸브(19)를 구비하는 안티-로크 유압 브레이크 장치에 있어서, 장입실 수단(71)이 분리 밸브(14)에 평행하게 연결되어 있고, 그 장입실 수단(71)내에는 축압 피스톤(74)이 밀폐를 유지하면서 안내되고, 상기 피스톤의 일끝면은 마스터 실린더 압력실에 인접하게 배치되고, 다른 끝면은 축압실(76)에 인접하게 배치되는 것을 특징으로하는 안티-로크 유압 브레이크 장치.
  18. 제 17 항에 있어서, 마스터 실린더 압력실(75)는 축압 피스톤(74)이 기본위치에 있을때 최소 체적을 갖는것을 특징으로하는 안티-로크 유압 브레이크 장치.
  19. 제 17 항에 있어서, 마스터 실린더 압력실(75)는 축압 피스톤(74)이 기본위치에 있을때 최대 체적을 갖는것을 특징으로하는 안티-로크 유압 브레이크 장치.
  20. 제 17 항에 있어서, 축압 피스톤(74)는 조절 밸브 또는 분리 밸브의 작동 피스톤(30)에 대해 동축적으로 안내되는 환형 피스톤(90)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 안티-로크 유압 브레이크 장치.
  21. 제 17 항에 있어서, 분리 밸브 또는 조절밸브의 작동 피스톤(30)은 분리 밸브(14)의 밸브 주행거리 보다 큰 주행거리(S)만큼 이동 가능한 것을 특징으로하는 안티-로크 유압 브레이크 장치.
  22. 제 21 항에 있어서, 분리 밸브의 폐쇄부재(37)은 스프링(39)에 의해 스톱 부재(40)에 가압 접촉되는 기본위치 쪽으로 가입되는 것을 특징으로하는 안티-로크 유압 브레이크 장치.
  23. 제 17 항에 있어서, 조절 밸브(19)의 폐쇄부재(43)은 조절 위치를 넘어 이동가능한 것을 특징으로하는 안티-로크 유압 브레이크 장치.
  24. 제 17 항에 있어서, 분리 밸브(14)의 폐쇄부재(101a)는 보어(150)내로 삽입될 수 있는 슬라이드로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 안티-로크 유압 브레이크 장치.
  25. 제 1 항 또는 제17항에 있어서, 압력 유지 밸브(70)이 핌프(17,18)의 하류측에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 안티-로크 유압 브레이크 장치.
  26. 제 25 항에 있어서, 압력 유지 밸브(70)이 조절 밸브(19)의 작동 피스톤(130)내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로하는 안티-로크 유압 브레이크 장치.
  27. 제 1 항 또는 제 17 항에 있어서, 견인 슬립 제어 밸브(150)이 브레이크 라인(12,13)에 삽입되어, 마스터 브레이크 실린더(2) 대신에 핌프(17,18)를 브레이크 라인(12,13)에 연결시키는 것을 특징으로하는 안티-로크 유압 브레이크 장치.
