Abstract

소형이고, 가격효율적이고, 고성능이며 높은 신뢰성의 브레이크 유체제어기로서 앤티로크제어기와 견인제어기 기능양자를 갖추고 있다. 이러한 제어기는 기본적으로 릴리프밸브를 갖추고 그리고 셧오프밸브가 더 부가된 유체복귀타입 앤티로크 브레이크 제어기이다. 셧오프밸브는 피스톤에 의해 형성된 대기압챔버와 유체챔버를 갖추고있다. 피스톤과 함께 가동되는 밸브몸체는 방출된 유체저장소와 유체공급라인 사이의 유체연통을 개폐한다. 견인제어모드동안에, 유체는 유체챔버로부터 펌프로 공급된다. 이러한 장치로, 이러한 타입의 종래의 제어기에서 필수적인 중간 저장소를 없앨 수 있다. 또한 펌프의 흡인력에 대한 저항을 최소로 줄일 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 적어도 하나의 전환밸브를 포함하고 있고 마스터실린더로부터 휠 브레이크로 유도되는 주 유체라인에 구비된 휠 브레이크 유압제어 밸브; 전환밸브로부터 방출된 브레이크 유체를 임시로 저장하기 위한 방출된 유체 저장소; 상기 방출된 유체저장소에 저장된 브레이크 유체를 유도하고 이것을 유체복귀지점에서 주 유체라인으로 복귀시키는 펌프; 상기 유체복귀지점의 상류지점에서 주 유체라인으로부터 분기되고 상기 방출된 유체저장소로 유도되는 유체공급라인; 견인제어동안 상기 유체복귀지점으로부터 마스터실린더로 유체의 흐름을 체크하기 위한 전환밸브; 견인제어 동안에 펌프로부터 상기 유체복귀지점쪽으로 방출된 어떤 괴도한 유체를 상기 전환밸브의 상류지점에서 주 유체라인 향하게 하기 위한 릴리프밸브; 그리고 마스터실린더가 되는 한편 유체공급라인으로부터 상기 방출된 유체저장소쪽으로 유체의 흐름을 체크하기 위한 셧오프밸브;로 구성된 브레이크 유압제어기에 있어서, 상기 셧오프밸브는 대기압챕버와, 상기 방출된 유체저장소로 유도되는 유체챔버와, 상기 대기압 챔버로부터 상기 유체챔버를 분리하기 위한 피스톤과, 상기 피스톤이 상기 대기압 챔버 근처에 행정 끝에 있을때 상기 방출된 유체저장소로부터 상기 유체공급 라인을 셧오프시키기 위해 그리고 상기 피스톤이 상기 끝과 다른 위치에 있을때 상기 유체공급라인과 상기 방출된 유체저장소 사이에서 유체연통을 개방하기 위해서 상기 피스톤과 함께 가동되는 밸브몸체를 갖추고 있으며, 상기 유체챔버는 상기 피스톤이 상기 대기압 챔버 근처의 상기 끝으로부터 다른 끝까지 완전행정을 이룰때 견인제어모드동안에 휠 브레이크에 공급된 브레이크 유체의 양과 실제로 동일한 양으로 체적이 변화하는 것을 특징으로 브레이크 유압제어기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펌프에 의해 산출된 음압하에서 상기 피스톤이 상기 유체챔버쪽으로 움직이도록 허용하기에 충분히 작은 힘으로 상기 피스톤을 상기 대기압챔버쪽으로 가입하기 위한 가압 수단으로 더 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 유압제어기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유체공급라인을 통해 유체의 흐름을 억제하기 위해 상기 유체공급라인에 구비한 스로틀 수단으로 더 구성되어 있고, 상기 릴리프밸브는 상기 스로틀 수단과 상기 셧오프밸브 사이의 한 지점에서 상기 유체공급라인에 연결된 출구포트를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 유압제어기.
