- 영상-형성 방사에 투명성인 물질로 구성되고 소정의 상승된 온도 범위에서 액화 가능하고 유동가능한 결상 표면층을 가지는 지지체 ; 상기 표면층에 균일하게 피복되어 있고 상기 결상 물질 및 상기 표면층 사이의 접착 강도보다 더 큰 응집 강도를 나타내는 다공성 또는 입자상 결상 재료층으로 구성되어 있으며 ; 상기 층들에 있는 물질들 중 적어도 하나는 상기 방사를 흡수하여 방사를 상기 결상 표면층의 물질을 액화시킬 수 있는 열에너지로 전환시캐며 ; 상기 표면층의 물질은 액화되면 상기 결상 재료의 인접 부위내로 모세관 유동을 나타내어 상기 결상 표면층이 냉각될 때 상기 결상 재료의 전층을 상기 지지체에 실질적으로 고착시킴을 특징으로 하는 강력한 영상-형성 방사로 인한 영상 형성용 열 결상 요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지체는 두께가 약 1∼약 1000um인 웨브로구성됨을 특징으로 하는 열결상요소.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 웨브는 약 400℃의 온도로 이행 될 때 점도가 약 1014포이즈로 파국적으로 격감하는 표면구조를 가지는 열가소성 물질로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 열결상 요소.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 웨브는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 열결상 요소.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 웨브는 폴리에틸렌으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 열 결상 요소.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 웨브는 폴리프로필렌으로 구성됨을 특징으로 한 열 결상 요소.
