Claims (10)
- 십자형 두부다이에서 열가소성 정착 중합체를 로빙형으로 섬유에 함침시킨후, 상기 함침된 로빙에 열가소성 강화 중합체를 도포시키는 두번째 다이에서 열가소성 정착 중합체의 용융온도이상의 온도로 재처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 두종류의 열가소성 중합체의 섬유를 압출하여 연속적으로 함침시키는 것으로 구성되는 긴 섬유로된 열가소성 강화수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 열가소성 정착 중합체로 미리 로빙을 함침시키고, 로빙 장력구역의 통로로 분포시키는 것과 함침후에 도포다이인 두번째 다이에서 로빙이 형성 및 통과되어 두번째 구역인 장력구역에서 도출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 열가소성 정착 중합체로 함침된 로빙이 용융된 상태로 첫번째 다이로 부터 나오며, 40내지 80℃ 의 온도의 두번째 다이로 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 첫번째 단계에서 로빙을 장력구역에 통과시켜 분포시키며, 압출기에 따른 함침다이에 열가소성 정착 중합체를 통과시키며, 함침된 로빙을 두번째 장력구역으로 통과시킨후, 형성다이를 통과시키는 것과 두번째 단계에서 열가소성 정착 중합체로 함침된 로빙을 두번째 압출기에 의해서 열가소성 강화 중합체를 공급하는, 첫번째 단계의 설비에 거의 일직선상으로 위치한 다이를 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 정착중합제가 함침다이가 따린 압출기에서 용융된 상태로 조절된 그래프트 또는 분해에 의해 직접 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 열가소성 정착 중합체는 과산화분해되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 열가소성 정착 중합체가 관능 올리고 머를 수득하는 방법으로 디아민에 의해 분해된 포화 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 정착 중합체가 공반응과 관능 폴리아미드 올리고머의 다중첨가의 산물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 첫번째 단계에서 연속된 섬유는, 70내지 중량%의 섬유에 대하여 30내지 25중량%의 중합체 비율로서 정착수지가 함침된 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 강화중합체로 공급된 최종산물의 다이에서 도출되면서, 20내지 40중량%의 섬유, 8내지 17중랑%의 정착 중합체, 72내지 43중량%의 표준 열가소성 강화 중합체의 조성물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
