제1도는 본 발명에 따른 제조방법에 관한 평면도이다. 제2도는 제1도의 본 발명에 따른 제조방법에 관한 측면도이다. 제3(A)도 및 제3(B)도는 복합스트랜드의 인장력을 조정하는 수단을 나타내고 있는 요부설명도이다. 제6도는 실시예 3의 FRP 구조체를 제조하기 위하여 본 발명의 또다른 실례에 따른 제조방법을 나타내는 평면도이다. 제7도는 제6도의 측면도이다. 제8도는 실시예 4에 다른 FRP 구조체의 단면도이다. 제9도는 실시예 4의 FRP 구조체에 사용되는 봉부재를 제조하는 방법에 대한 설명도이다. 제10도는 본 발명의 실시예 5에 따른 FRP 구조체의 단면도이다.
Claims (16)
- 중심에 배열된 봉부재, 및 예정된 피치에서 동일한 방향으로 상기 봉부재 주위에 제련된 다수의 측면스트랜드로 구성되어 있으며, 적어도 각각의 상기 측면 스트랜드가 비경화된 열경화성 수지로 섬유를 함침시켜 형성된 FRP부 및 그 위에 열가소성 피복물을 가진 복합스트랜드로 구성되고, 상기 열경화성 수지가 상기 봉부재 주위에 복합스트랜드를 제련한 후 경화되며, 제련피치가 상기 측면 스트랜드에서 상기 FRP부 외경의 25배 이상인 FRP 제련 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중심에 배열된 상기 봉부재가 상기 측면 스트랜드의 제련전에 경화된 섬유 강화 합성수지 성형체를 포함하는 FRP 제련 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중심에 배열된 봉부재가 상기 측면 스트랜드의 제련전에 경화된 섬유강화 합성수지 성형체를 포함하는 FRP 제련 구조체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 중심에 배열된 봉부재가 섬유강화 합성 수지 파이프인 FRP 제련 구조체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 중심에 배열된 봉부재가 섬유 강화 열경화성 수지로 피복된 광학섬유로 구성되는 강화 광학 섬유인 FRP 제련 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, FRP 제련 구조체의 주위부분에 열가소성 수지 피복물로 더욱 구성되는 FRP 제련 구조체.
- 긴 섬유로 구성된 다수의 스트랜드를 각각 비경화된 열경화성 수지로 함침시키고, 함침된 스트랜드를 예정된 모양으로 형성하여 비경화된 FRP부를 얻고, 용융 압출기의 다이를 통해 각각의 비경화된 FRP부를 통과시켜 그 위에 열가소성 수지의 환상 피복물을 제공하고: 상기 피복물을 즉시로 냉각하여 FRP부가 비경화된 복합스트랜드를 형성하고: 상기 냉각단계와 성형단계 다음에, 중심 스트랜드로서 한개의 복합 스트랜드와 측면 스트랜드로서 이외의 다른 복합스트랜드를 선택하고, 예정된 제련 피치로 상기 중심 스트랜드 주위에 상기 측면 스트랜드를 제련하고, 상기 모든 복합스트랜드에서 상기 FRP부를 경화하는 단계로 구성되는 FPR제련 구조체의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 복합 스트랜드의 제련이 상기 중심 스트랜드의 인장력보다 적게 상기 측면 스트랜드의 인장력으로 수행되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 복합 스트랜드에서 FRP부의 경화가 열가소성 수지 피복물의 연화점 이하의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제련 및 경화 단계가 상기 측면 스트랜드의 제련후와 상기 FRP부의 경화전에 제련된 측면 스트랜드 주위에 열가소성 수지 피복물을 가하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 FRP부의 경화부 가열하면서 상기 피복물을 사이징하는 단계로 더욱 구성되는 방법.
- 긴 섬유로 구성된 다수의 스트랜드를 각각 비경화된 열경화성 수지로 함침시키고, 함침된 스트랜드를 예정된 모양으로 형성하여 비경화된 FRP부를 얻고, 용융압출기의 다이를 통해 비경화된 FRP부를 각각 통과시켜 그 위에 열가소성 수지의 환상 피복물을 가하고: 상기 피복물을 즉시로 냉각시켜 상기 FRP부가 비경화된 복합 측면 스트랜드를 형성하고: 섬유강화 합성수지로 만들어진 예비 경화된 봉부재로 구성된 중심 스트랜드를 가하고: 상기 냉각단계와 성형단계 다음에, 예정된 제련피치로 상기 중심 스트랜드 주위에 상기 측면 스트랜드를 제련하고, 상기 측면 스트랜드에서 상기 FRP부를 경화하는 단계로 구성되는 FRP 제련 구조체의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 측면 스트랜드의 인장력(T)가 각각 하기식을 만족하는 방법:T(9000×W×0.05)/3 (g)상기식에서, W는 상기 측면 스트랜드에서 사용된 강화섬유의 단위 중량(g/m)이다.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 복합 스트랜드에서 FRP부의 경화가 열가소성 수지 피복물의 연화점 이하의 온도로 수행되는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제련 및 경화단계가 상기 복합스트랜드의 제련후와 상기 FRP부의 경화전에 제련된 복합 스트랜드 주위에 열가소성 수지 피복물을 가하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 FRP부의 경화후에 가열하면서 상기 피복물을 사이징하는 단계로 더욱 구성되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
