제1도는 도시된 도표에는 본 발명에 의한 프리프레그로 만든 박판(A)의 굴절강도손실을 이른바, 고압쿠커시험(High-Pressure-Cooker-Test)전, 후에 비교생성물(B,C,D)의 대응측정값에 비교하여 서로 대향하여 표시하였다.

Claims (8)

  1. 단일방향으로 배치되어 있고, 플라스틱 혼합물로 함침된, 유리섬유, 탄소섬유, 아라미드섬유 등과 같은 보강섬유를 기초로 하는 피르프레그로서, 플라스틱혼합물에 에폭시드수지, 페놀수지, 경우에 따라서는 촉진제 및 충전제, 화염방지제, 탄성화제, 습윤제 등과 같은 첨가물이 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 프리프레그내에 70 내지 20중량%의 에폭시드수지-페놀수지 혼합물, 30 내지 80중량%의 보강섬유 및 0 내지 30중량%의 첨가물이 들어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수지혼합물내에, 페놀 대 포름알데히드의 몰비가 1:05 내지 1:09, 바람직하기로는 1:06 내지 1:0.85인 페놀-포름알데히드 축합생성물이 페놀수지로서 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 한 항에 의한 프리프레그를 제조하는 방법으로서, 경우에 따라 에폭시드수지-페놀 수지 혼합물에 함침과정에 앞서 용제를 0 내지 20중량%의 범위 안에서 첨가하고, 이 혼합물을 계속적으로 움직이는 분리포일 위에 하나의 층 모양으로 입히고, 그속으로 이음매없는 보강섬유를 밀어넣어 함침시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 용제가 없는 에폭시드수지-페놀수지 혼합물을 삽입하고, 이 용제없는 에폭시드수지-페놀수지 혼합물을 함침과정 전에, 점도를 감소시키기 위하여 고온으로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 함침된 보강섬유로 구성된 프리프레그를 에폭시드수지-페놀수지 혼합물이 그속에서 B-상태로 환원되고, 경우에 따라 존재하는 용제가 증발되는 가열장치를 통하여 안내하고, 그 다음에 필요에 따라 추가로 캘린더를 통과하게 하는것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제4항 내지 제6항 중 한 항에 있어서, 페놀 대 포름알데히드의 몰비가 1:0.5 내지 1:0.9, 바람직하기로는 1:0.6 내지 1:0.85인 페놀포름알데히드 축합생성물을 페놀수지로서 삽입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제3항에 의한 프리프레그를 열경화된 화합공작물을 제조하는 출발재로서 이용하는 것.
