Claims (10)

  1. (a) 비스페놀 A와 에피클로로히드린의 올리고머 반응 생성물인 점성 올리고머 엑폭시 수지 100부, (b) 비스페닐 A와 비스페놀 A의 모노글리시딜 에테르의 반응 생성물인 경화제의 60 내지 120부, 및 (c) (a)+(b)를 기준으로, 이미다졸 반응성 경화제 및 잠재성 경화 촉진제의 0.1 내지 5%의 혼합물로 구성되며 진공중에서 경화공정 동안에 갇힌 공기를 용이하게 제거할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 100℃에서 빠르게 경화할 수 있으며, 고온 및 습도에 노출시켰을 때 그것의 기술적 특성이 변질되는 것을 방지하며 극히 강한 것을 특징으로 하는 22℃에서 우수한 저장 수명을 갖는 열 경화성 에폭시 수지 접착제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 약 170 내지 180의 에폭시 당량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 경화제가 비스페놀 A와 비스 페놀 A의 모노글리시딜 에테르의 반응 생성물, 바람직하기로는 1몰의 비스페놀 A와 1 내지 4몰의 비스페놀 A-모노글리시딜 에테르의 반응 생성물인 저분자량 올리고머의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 접착제.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 70 내지 90부의 경화제를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 접착제.
  5. 제4항에 따른 접착제를 섬유로 보강시킨 시이트 생성물로 구성된 프리프레그(prepreg).
  6. 제6항에 있어서, 섬유가 서로 평행하게 배열된 흑연, 유리 또는 중합성 아라미드의 단일 필라멘트임을 특징으로하는 프리프레그.
  7. 제5항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 섬유가 임의로 스트치-접합된 우븐, 비-우븐(woven)또는 니이트직물 형태임을 특징으로하는 프리프레그.
  8. 라미네이트화된 전술된 항 중 어느 한항에 따른 다수의 프리프레그로부터 형성됨을 특징으로하는 복합물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 모든 섬유가 동일한 방향으로 확장됨을 특징으로하는 복합물.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 층 내의 섬유가 서로 각을 이루며 확장됨을 특징으로 하는 복합물.
