Abstract

"FIBRAS REVESTIDAS COM AGLUTINANTE, RESINA AGLUTINANTE, E, PROCESSOS PARA PREPARAR UMA PREFORMA ESTABILIZADA E PARA PRODUZIR UM COMPóSITO". Fibras revestidas com aglutinante, compreendendo de 80 a 99% em peso de fibras de reforço e de 1 a 20% em peso de uma resina aglutinante de preforma, dita resina aglutinante sendo na forma de partículas ou áreas distintas sobre a superfície das fibras de reforço, a resina aglutinante compreendendo: de 40 a 90% em peso da resina aglutinante de uma resina de termocura e de 10 a 60% em peso da resina aglutinante de um termoplástico de engenharia de elevado peso molecular e/ou um elastómero selecionado do polímero de adição de vinila, fluoroelastómeros e elastómeros de polissiloxano, o termoplástico/elastómero de engenharia sendo dissolvido na resina de termocura, a resina aglutinante sendo não-pegajosa em temperatura ambiente, tendo um ponto de amolecimento na faixa de 50 a 150°C e sendo curável pelo calor em uma temperatura na faixa de 50 a 200°C.
