Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'une préforme fibreuse (10) comportant un nombre de plis prédéterminé supérieur ou égal à deux, comportant les étapes suivantes : a) chauffer au moins un pli (6), b) déposer ledit au moins un pli (6) sur un moule de préformage (M), c) réaliser une opération de formage dudit au moins un pli (6), ledit au moins un pli (6) formant alors une préforme intermédiaire (5), d) chauffer au moins un nouveau pli (6), e) déposer ledit au moins un nouveau pli chauffé sur la préforme intermédiaire (5), f) réaliser une opération de formage dudit au moins un nouveau pli (6) de manière à former une nouvelle préforme intermédiaire (5'), g) éventuellement renouveler au moins une fois les étapes d) à f), la préforme intermédiaire (5) étant remplacée dans ces étapes par la nouvelle préforme intermédiaire (5'), de manière à réaliser la préforme fibreuse (10) avec ledit nombre de plis prédéterminé.
