Abstract
Ce procédé de fabrication d'une pièce en matière composite comprend des étapes consistant à : - placer (100) à l'intérieur d'un moule une préforme fibreuse incluant des fibres de renfort et étant imprégnée de résine ; - positionner (102) un élément préfabriqué à l'intérieur du moule en contact avec la préforme fibreuse à un emplacement prédéfini de la préforme fibreuse, l'élément préfabriqué ayant une forme prédéfinie et étant réalisé en matière composite comprenant de la résine partiellement polymérisée ; - comprimer (104) l'ensemble formé par la préforme fibreuse et l'élément préfabriqué à l'intérieur du moule ; - chauffer (106) l'ensemble formé par la préforme fibreuse et l'élément préfabriqué à l'intérieur du moule pour polymériser la résine et ainsi lier l'élément préfabriqué avec la préforme fibreuse afin de former la pièce en matière composite.
