Abstract

Un procédé de fabrication d'un élément profilé en matériau composite comprend : - la réalisation d'une préforme fibreuse (300), ladite préforme étant imprégnée avec une résine, - la polymérisation de la résine avec une matrice de manière à obtenir un élément profilé en matériau composite comprenant un renfort fibreux densifié par une matrice, et - la fixation d'un renfort métallique sur l'élément profilé en matériau composite, le renfort métallique étant fixé sur l'élément profilé par rivetage. Le procédé comprend en outre, avant la polymérisation de la résine, l'insertion d'éléments d'écartement (10) entre les fibres de la préforme fibreuse (300) et le retrait des éléments d'écartement après la polymérisation de la résine de manière à former au moins un passage entre les fibres du renfort fibreux de l'élément en matériau composite.
