Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'une pièce creuse en matériaux composites comprenant les étapes suivantes : (a) mettre en place un matériau fibreux (1) constitué d'au moins une couche sur une première partie (2a) de moule femelle, (b) déposer au moins un élément de renfort (4, 4') en forme de C comprenant deux lèvres et un fond, constitué d'au moins une couche de matériau fibreux, (c) mettre en place au moins une membrane étanche (5) disposée contre la dernière couche dudit matériau fibreux (1) de la première partie (2a) de moule et de(s) l'élément(s) de renfort, (d) mettre en place un matériau fibreux (1) constitué d'au moins une couche sur une deuxième partie (2b) de moule femelle, (e) associer de manière étanche la première partie (2a) de moule femelle et la deuxième partie (2b) de moule femelle, (f) évacuer le vide de ladite membrane, (g) assurer le durcissement de la pièce creuse.
