Abstract

본 발명은 섬유성 적층기재 및 상기 섬유성 적층기재에 포함된 섬유질과 결합된 매트릭스를 포함하며, 상기 매트릭스는 고반응성 변성 페놀 수지(A) 및 에폭시 수지(B)를 포함하는 수지 조성물을 경화시켜 제조된 것이고, 상기 고반응성 변성 페놀 수지(A)는 산촉매 존재하에 중유 또는 피치, 포름알데히드 중합체 및 페놀의 중축합에 의해서 제조된 변성 페놀 수지를 산촉매 존재하에 페놀과 반응시켜 분자량을 감소시켜서 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화수지 플레이트에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 수지함침가공재 및 상기 섬유강화수지 플레이트의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 고반응성 변성 페놀 수지(a) 및 에폭시 수지(b)를 포함하는 상기의 수지 조성물을 경화하여 매트릭스가 형성되기 때문에 상기 섬유강화수지 플레이트는 구리 및 그외 금속에의 부착성, 내열성 및 전기절연성에 있어서 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 특히 가열시에 대법안정도(dimensional stability), 강도 및 다른 기계적 성질에 있어서 우수하다.

Claims (11)

  1. 섬유성 적층기재와 매트릭스를 포함하며, 상기 매트릭스는 고반응성 변성 페놀수지(A) 및 에폭시 수지(B)를 포함하는 수지 조성물을 경화시켜 제조된 것이고, 상기 고반응성 변성 페놀 수지(A)는 산촉매 존재하에 중유 또는 피치, 포름알데히드 중합체 및 페놀을 중축합시켜서 제조된 변성 페놀 수지를 페놀과 반응시켜 분자량을 감소시킴으로써 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화수지 플레이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다수개의 섬유성 적층기재를 포함하는 라미네이트 형태임을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화수지 플레이트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 수지 조성물이 고반응성 변성 페놀 수지(A) 및 에폭시 수지(B)를 혼합 중량비 10/90~90/10으로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화수지 플레이트.
  4. 섬유성 적층기재 및 상기 섬유성 적층기재에 함침된 반경화 상태의 수지 조성물을 포함하며, 상기 수지 조성물은 고반응성 변성 페놀 수지(A) 및 에폭시 수지(B)를 포함하고, 상기 고반응성 변성 페놀 수지(A)는 산촉매 존재하에 중유 또는 피치, 포름알데히드 중합체 및 페놀의 중축합에 의해서 제조된 변성 페놀 수지를, 산촉매 존재하에 페놀과 반응시켜 분자량을 감소시켜서 제조한 것임을 특징으로 하는 수지함침가공재.
  5. 하기단계 (a) 내지 (c): (a) 산촉매 존재하 중유 또는 피치, 포름알데히드 중합체 및 페놀의 중축합에 의해서 제조된 변성 페놀 수지를, 산촉매 존재하에 페놀과 반응시켜 분자량을 감소시킴으로써 제조된 고반응성 변성 페놀 수지(A), 에폭시 수지(B) 및 경화제 및/또는 경화촉진제(C)를 포함하는 수지 조성물을 유기용매에 용해시켜서 유약를 제조하는 단계; (b) 산기 유약을 섬유성 적층기재에 함침시킨 후, 상기 수지조성물을 건조시키고 반쯤 경화시켜 수지함침가공재를 제조하는 단계 및; (c) 상기 수지 침투가공재 내에 포함된 수지 조성물을 완전히 경화시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화수지 플레이트의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물의 완전 경화 단계 이전에 다수개의 수지함침가공재를 제조하고 적충시킴을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화수지 플레이트의 제조방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 유약은, 유기용매에 고반응성 변성 페놀 수지(A)를 용해시킴으로써 얻어진 페놀 수지 유약을, 유기용매에 에폭시 수지(B)를 용해시킴으로써 얻어진 에폭시 수지 유약과 혼합함으로써 제조되어짐을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화수지 플레이트의 제조 방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 유약은, 유기용매에 고반응성 변성 페놀 수지(A)를 유기용매에 용해시킴으로써 얻어진 페놀 수지 유약 내에 에폭시 수지(B)를 첨가하여 용해시킴으로써 제조되어짐을 특징으로 하는 상기 섬유강화수지 플레이트의 제조 방법.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매는 방향족 탄화수소, 아미드, 케톤, 할로겐화 방향족 탄화수소 및 알코올로 구성된 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종임을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화수지 플레이트의 제조 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 탄화수소는 벤젠, 톨루엔 및 크실렌으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종임을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화수지 플레이트의 제조 방법.
  11. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수지함침가공재 내에 함침된 수지 조성물은 150~300℃에서 열경화처리하여 완전히 경화됨을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화수지 플레이트의 제조 방법.
