Claims (16)
- 진동 감쇠 재료에 있어서, 한면상에 형성된 점탄성 중합체층상에 고무 또는 합성수지를 구비한 금속판형태의 제1 및 제2 재료와 상기 점탄성 중합층을 통하여 서로 반대로 배치됨과 동시에 상기 제1재료와 제2재료를 서로 결합시키는 고용융점을 갖는 고용융 점착성 합성수지막으로 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 감쇠 재료.
- 진도 감쇠 재료에 있어서, 양면에 형성된 점탄성 중합층들 상에 공무 또는 합성수지를 구비한 금속판 형태의 제1 및 제2 재료와, 상기 점탄성 중합층들을 통하여 서로 반대로 배치됨과 동시에 상기 제1 재료와 재2 재료를 서로 결합시키고 고용융점을 갖는 고용융 점착성 합성수지막으로 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 감쇠 재료.

- 진동 감쇠 재료에 있어서, 한면상에 형성된 점탄성 중합층상에 고무 또는 합성수지를 구비한 금속한 형태의 제1재료와, 금속판 형태의 제2재료와, 상기 점탄성 중합층으로 인해 각각 반대로 배치됨과 동시에 상기 제1, 제2재료들을 서로 결합시키고 고용융점을 갖는 고온 용융점착성 합성 수지막으로 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 감쇠 재료.
- 진동 감쇠 재료에 있어서, 양면상에 형성된 점탄성 중합층들상에 고무 또는 합성수지를 구비한 금속판 형태의 제1재료와, 금속판 형태의 제2재료와, 상기 점탄성 중합층으로 인해 각각 반대로 배치됨과 동시에 상기 제1재료와 제2재료들을 서로 결합시키는 고용융점을 갖는 고온 용융점착성 합성수지막으로 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 감쇠재료.

- 진동 감쇠 재료에 있어서, 한면상에 형성된 점탄성 중합층상에 고무 또는 합성수지를 구비한 금속판 형태의 제1 및 제2재료와, 금속판 형태의 제3재료와, 상기 점탄성 중합층들로 인해 서로 반대로 배치됨과 동시에 상기 제1 및 제2재료를 상기 제3재료에 결합시키는 고용융점을 갖는 제1 및 제2고온 용융 점착 합성수지막들로 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 감쇠 재료.
- 진동 감쇠 때문에 있어서, 양면상에 형성된 점탄성 중합층들상에 고무 또는 합성수지를 구비한 금속판 형태의 제1 및 제2재료와, 금속판 형태의 제3재료 및 상기 점탄성 중합층들로 인해 서로 반대로 배치됨과 동시에 상기 제1 및 제2재료를 제3재료에 결합시키는 고용융점을 갖는 제1 및 제2고온 용융 합성수지막들로 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 감쇠재료.
- 방음 구조에 있어서, 소음 발생부를 두러싸는 음향흡수 재료와, 상기 음향 흡수 재료의 피복 판낼을 형성하는 제1항 내지 제8항중 어는 한 항에 의한 진동 감쇠 재료로 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 방음 구조.
- 방음 구조에 있어서, 지지구를 통하여 소음 발생부에 연결하는 제1항 내제 제8항중 어는 한 항에 의한 진동 감쇠재료와, 상기 지지주를 통하여 상기 소음 발생부에서 부터 상기 진동 감쇠 재료까지 발생되는 진동의 직접 전달을 차단하기 위한 방음 수단들로 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 방음 구조.
- 방음 구조에 있어서, 소음 발생 덕트를 둘러산 펠트 음향 흡수 재료와 음향 절연층 재료를 포함하는 부재와, 상기 부재의 외부에 설치된 진동 감쇠 재료와, 한면상에 형성된 점탄성 중합층상에 아크로로-니트릴부타디엔 고무(NBT)를 구비한 철판과 상기 점탄성 중합층에 의해 서로 반대로 배치됨과 동시에 고온 용융 점착 합성수지층을 사용하여 상기 철판에 결합되는 착색 철판을 포함하는 상기 진동 감쇠 재료로 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 감쇠 구조.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속판으로 철판, 아연판, 알루미늄판, 스테일레스스틸판, 황동판, 구리판, 니켈판, 주석판 중의 하나로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 감쇠 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 점탄성 중합층은 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔고무, 스티렌-부타디엔고무, 천연고무, 부틸고무, 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합체 부타디엔 고무 아이스프린 고무, 클로로프린 고무, 에틸렌 프로필렌고무, 아크릴 고무, 실리콘 고무, 불소고무, 이피클로하이드린고무, 우레탄 고무, 폴리노브린 고무 및 에틸렌 아크릴 고무중의 하나로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 감쇠 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어는 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고용융점을 갖는 고온 용융점착 합성수지로서 나일론, 폴리에스터, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 불소수지 중의 하나로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 감쇠 재료.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항중 어는 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2, 제3재료를 형성하는 금속층들은 포면처리된 진동 감쇠재료.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 금속층은 아연도금 철판, 착색 아연도금 철판, 비닐 클로라이드 코팅 철판, 불소수지 코팅철판, 알루미늄 철판, 착색 알루미늄 철판, 알루미늄 박(foil)크라프트 종이 적층 알루미늄판, 스테일레스 스틸판, 착색 스테인레스 스틸판, 납판중의 하나로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇠 재료.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
