Abstract

고분자에 무기재료등을 혼합하여 제진 및 방진 특성이 우수한 일체중공식 구조 및 사가파형, 사다리꼴 파형, 곡선파형등의 구조(이하 총칭하여 공중합 수지 카튼 보드층 이라함)를 제조하여 상면에는 댐핑층(6)을 적층하고 아래면에 섬유펠트층(9)을 접착시키거나, 공중합 수지 카튼 보드에 일측의 상하부 또는 양측 모두에 아스팔트 함침패드, 알루미늄 쉬트, 고분자 필름 또는 부직포 등과 복층화 시켜 그 아래면에 섬유펠트층(9)을 접착시켜 차음, 흡음, 제진, 방진 및 단열특성을 동시에 가진 우수한 성능의 바닥 완충재를 제조하는 것이다.

제1도는 바닥 완충재의 일실시예를 나타낸 단면도, 제2도 (가)(나)는 건축용 바닥 완충재의 단위체의 단면도, 제3도는 제2도의 건축용 바닥 완충재의 시공예를 연속도시한 단면도임.

Claims (7)

  1. 폴리올레핀, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에스테르, 폴리염화비닐클로라이드등의 공중합수지를 연속압출성형 제조한 중공의 공중합 수지 카튼 보드층(8)의 하층에 폴리올레핀, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에스테르, 나이론등의 섬유사를 하나 또는 둘이상 부직시킨 섬유펠트층(9)을 적층시킨 건축용 바닥완충재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 공중합수지카튼보드층(8)의 상층에 아스팔트 함침패드, 댐핑쉬트, 고분자 필름 혹은 부직포등을 복층화시켜준 댐핑층(6)을 적층한 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 바닥 완충재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 고분자 재료에 제진 및 방진 특성을 부여하는 마이카, 그라파이트, 몰리브덴 디설파이드, 페라이트, 칼슘 실리케이트등의 무기충전재를 고분자 재료 100부에 10∼50부를 혼합사용함을 특징으로 하는 건축용 바닥 완충재.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 고분자재료에 알루미늄 분말등 금속분말 10∼30부를 혼합사용함을 특징으로 하는 건축용 바닥 완충재.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 고분자 재료 100부에 무기 충전제 10∼50부와 금속분말 10∼30부를 혼합사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 바닥 완충재.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 공중합 수지 카튼 보드층(6)을 복층으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 바닥 완충재.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 공중합 수지 카튼 보드층(6)이 중공의 사각단면구조의 연속반복된 형태이거나 사다리꼴, 사각, 곡선의 파형 중의 어느 하나로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 바닥 완충재.
