제5도는 본 발명에 따른 초전도 원소를 유리하게 포함할 수 있는 예시적인 제조 물품의 개략도.

Claims (7)

  1. 명목상 페로브스카이트 형 구조를 가지며 적어도 77K의 온도에서 초전도도를 나타내는 유효량의 구리 산호물 물질을 포함하는 초전도성 요소를 포함하는 제조 물품에 있어서 ; 상기 물질은 공칭 조성 X2+yM3-yCu2Oδ 또는 X2+xMn+xCun+1O2+2n+x/2±δ를 가지며, 여기에서 X는 Bi, 또는 Bi와 하나 또는 그 이상의 Pb, In, Ga, Sn, Cd및 Sb이며 ; M은 M의 평균 원자가가 실제로 2와 같게되도록 선택된 2가 이온 및 1가와 3가 이온의 조합으로부터 선택되며 ; n은 >3인 정수이며 ; 0 y 0.3이며 ; X는 p/q이며, 여기에서 p와 q는 p<q인 정수이며 ; 0 δ 0.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 요소를 포함하는 제조 물품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, X는 Bi와 Pb이며, M은 Ca, Sr, Ba, Mg, Cd, Na, K, La, 및/또는 Y로부터 선택되는 상기 물품.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, X는 Bi와 Pb이고, M은 Sr과 Ca이고, Pb/Bi비는 기껏해야 0.5이며, Sr/Ca비는 0.5와 2 사이에 있는 상기 물품.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, Pb/Bi비는 적어도 0.2이며, Sr/Ca비는 0.75와 1.25 사이에 있는 상기 물품.
