Claims (2)

  1. YBCO계에 염소를 첨가하여서 YBa2Cu3ClxOy조성으로 된 것을 특징으로하는 고온 초전도체 화합물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 YBa2Cu3ClxOy조성물에서 x=0.6±0.02인 것을 특징으로하는 고온 초전도체 화합물.
