Claims (2)

  1. YBa2Cu3O7-d계 고온 초전도 테이프의 제조방법에 있어서, Ag 플레이트에 Cu를 전기도금한 기판을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온초전도 테이프의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Ag 플레이트가 폭 10mm, 두께 200μm인 경우 Cu가 전기 도금된 두께가 약 30μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 초전도 테이프의 제조방법.
