Description
- a) [Bi₂O₄]2+ und
- b) [(Ca,Sr)₃Cu₂O₆]2- mit Perowskit-Struktur, wobei in der Schicht zwei Ebenen von miteinander eckenverknüpften [CuO₆]-Oktaedern vorliegen und in den Ebenen der Sauerstoff-Atome, die oberhalb und unterhalb parallel zu jeder der beiden [CuO4/2]-Ebenen liegen, die Erdalkali-Atome so angeordnet sind, daß sie sich jeweils in der Mitte eines aus 4 Sauerstoff-Atomen bestehenden kleinsten Quadrats befinden und die beiden Ebenen aus [CuO₆]-Oktaedern eine Schicht aus (Ca,Sr)O gemeinsam besitzen.
Claims (1)
- Schwarze Kristallmasse gemäß Hauptpatent 38 03 530), die fast ausschließlich aus einer Hauptphase der Zusammensetzung Bi₄(Sr, Ca)₆Cu₄O≈₂₀ besteht, im orthorhombischen System kristallisiert, eine Sprungtemperatur Tc von mindestens 70 K aufweist und bei der das Atomver hältnis Ca/Sr 1 : 3,5 bis 1 : 6,28 beträgt.
