Claims (8)
mit einer Bruttozusammensetzung Bia(Sr,Ca)bCu6Ox und
mit einem Atomverhältnis Bi : (Sr + Ca) = a : b = 0,555 bis 1,
bei dem a im Bereich von < 6,66 bis 24 und b im Bereich von < 12 bis 24 liegt,
mit einem Atomverhältnis Sr/Ca von 1 : 9 bis 9 : 1,
mit einer Sprungtemperatur Tc für die Supraleitfähigkeit von mindestens 60 K
und mit einer Hauptphase, die im orthorhombischen System kristallisiert.
mit einer Bruttozusammensetzung Bia(Sr,Ca)bCu6Ox und
mit einem Atomverhältnis Bi : (Sr + Ca) = a : b = < 1 bis 1,3,
bei dem a im Bereich von < 12 bis 24 und b im Bereich von < 9,23 bis < 24 liegt,
mit einem Atomverhältnis Sr/Ca von 1 : 9 bis 9 : 1,
mit einer Sprungtemperatur Tc für die Supraleitfähigkeit von mindestens 60 K
und mit einer Hauptphase, die im orthorhombischen System kristallisiert.
mit einer Bruttozusammensetzung Bia(Sr,Ca)bCu6Ox und
mit einem Atomverhältnis Bi : (Sr + Ca) = a : b = < 1,3 bis 1,5,
bei dem a im Bereich von < 6,37 bis 24 und b im Bereich von 4,9 bis < 18,46 liegt,
mit einem Atomverhältnis Sr/Ca von 1 : 9 bis 9 : 1,
mit einer Sprungtemperatur Tc für die Supraleitfähigkeit von mindestens 60 K
und mit einer Hauptphase, die im orthorhombischen System kristallisiert.
