Claims (33)

  1. 액체 탄화수소 다수 중량과 (a) 석포석신산, (b) 설포석신산의 에스테르 또는 디에스테르, (c) 설포석신산의 아미드 또는 디아미드 또는 (d) 설포석신산의 에스테르-아미드의 아민 또는 디아민염 소수 중량을 포함하는 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 액체 탄화수소가 연료유인 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 아민 염이 하기 일반식을 갖는 조성물.
    상기식에서, R,R1및 R2는 수소이거나 수소 및 탄소-함유그룹이고: R3및 R4는 수소이거나 적어도 12개의 탄소원자를 갖는 수소 및 탄소-함유 그룹이며: R5는 적어도 12개의 탄소원자를 갖는 수소- 및 탄소- 함유 그룹이고: X는 -OR6, -NR7,R8또는이며, Y는 -OR12, -NR13,R14또는이고, 여기에서 R6,R7,R8,R9,R10,R13,R14,R15및 R16은 수소이거나 수소 및 탄소-함유 그룹이며, 단, R6와 R12가 둘다 수소일 수 없고, R11과 R17은 수소- 및 탄소- 함유 그룹이며: 단, R3,R4및 R5는 모두 알킬그룹일 수 없다.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, X 및 Y중에 존재하는 R그룹 적어도 하나가 6개 이상의 탄소원자를 함유하는 그룹인 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 수소인 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R이 탄소원자 10 내지 20개를 함유하는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬그룹인 조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R3및 R4중 적어도 하나가 수소인 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그룹 R3및 R5가 C14내지 C22알킬 그룹인 조성물.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, X가 -OR6이고 Y가 -OR12이며 R6와 R12는 탄소원자 10 내지 22개를 함유하는 선형 장쇄 알킬인 조성물.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, X가 -OR6이고 Y가 -NR13R14이거나, X가 - NR7R8이고 Y가 -OR12이며, 이때 R6및 R12는 탄소원자 10 내지 22개를 함유하는 선형 장쇄 알킬이고, R7,R8,R13및 R14는 C14내지 C22알킬그룹인 조성물.
  11. 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, X가 -NR7R8이고 Y가 -NR12R14이며, 이때 R7,R8,R13및 R14는 C14내지 C22알킬그룹인 조성물.
  12. 제1항 내지 11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아민염이 하기 일반식을 갖는 조성물.

  13. 제2항 내지 12항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연료유가 120℃ 내지 450℃범위의 비점 및 -30℃ 내지 5℃의 흐림점을 갖는 분류 연료유인 조성물.
  14. 제1항 내지 13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아민염의 양이 연료유 중량을 기준으로 0.0001 내지 5.0중량% 범위인 조성물.
  15. 제2항 내지 14항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연료유용 중합체 저온 흐름 개선제를 또한 함유하는 조성물.
  16. 제2항 내지 14항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연료유용 중합체 저온 흐름 개선제를 또한 함유하는 조성물.
  17. (a) 설포석신산, (b) 설포석신산의 에스테르 또는 디에스테르, (c) 설포석신산의 아미드 또는 디아미드 또는 (d) 설포석신산의 에스테르-아미드의 아민 또는 디아민염의, 연료유에서 왁스 결정 조절제로서의 용도.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 아민염이 하기 일반식을 갖는 용도.
    상기식에서, R,R1및 R2는 수소이거나 수소 및 탄소-함유 그룹이고: R3및 R4는 수소이거나 탄소원자 12개 이상을 함유하는 수소 및 탄소-함유 그룹이며: R5는 탄소원자 12개 이상을 함유하는 수소- 및 탄소- 함유 그룹이고: X는 -OR6, -NR7R8또는Y는 -OR12, -NR13R14또는고, 이때 R6,R7,R8,R9,R10,R13,R14,R15및 R16은 수소이거나 수소 및 탄소-함유 그룹이며, 단, R6와R12가 둘다 수소일 수 없고, R11과 R17은 수소 및 탄소- 함유 그룹이며: 단, R3,R4및 R5는 모두 알킬 그룹일 수 없다.

  31. 용매 10 내지 90중량%와 (a) 설포석신산, (b) 설포석신산의 에스테르 또는 디에스테르, (c) 설포석신산의 아미드 또는 디아미드, 또는 (d) 설포석신산의 에스테르-아미드의 아민 또는 디아민염 90 내지 10중량%를 포함하는 첨가제 농축물.
  32. 제31항에 있어서, 분류 연료용 중합체 저온 흐름 개선제를 또한 함유하는 첨가제 농축물.
  33. 제31항 또는 32항에 있어서, 분류 연료용 단량체 저온 흐름 개선제를 또한 함유하는 첨가제 농축물.
