Claims (15)
- (A) 분자당 탄소원자 20 내지 45개를 함유한 파라핀 왁스와 (B) 흐름 개선제의 용융된 혼합물을 포함하는, 연료유에 첨가하기에 적합한 첨가제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물의 성분(A)가 분자당 탄소원자 27 내지 33개를 함유한 n-알칸의 혼합물인 첨가제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 흐름 개선제(B)가 0.01 내지 0.3중량%의 농도로 디젤용 오일 또는 난방용 오일에 첨가될때, 결정형성 왁스와 상호작용하여 이 첨가제를 사용하지 않을 경우 그런일이 일어날 수 없는 온도하에서 연료를 흐르게 하거나 또는 필터를 통과시키도록 하는 첨가제.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흐름 개선제(B)가 에틸렌과 비닐 에스테르, 아크릴레이트, 메타크릴레이트, α-올레핀 또는 스티렌과의 공중합체인 첨가제.
- 제4항에 있어서, 에틸렌과 비닐 에스테르의 공중합체가 비닐 에스테르 몰비율당 에틸렌 3 내지 40몰 비율로 이루어지고 1000 내지 50,000의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 첨가제.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물의 흐름 개선제(B)가 에틸렌과 비닐 아세테이트의 공중합체인 첨가제.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물의 흐름 개선제(B)가 푸마르산의 디알킬 에스테르와 비닐 에스테르의 공중합체인 첨가제.
- 제7항에 있어서, 공중합체가 푸마르산의 디알킬 에스테르와 비닐 에스테르의 공중합체(이때, 푸마레이트 에스테르 대 비닐 에스테르의 몰비가 1:1.5 내지 1.5:1이다)이고 수평균 분자량 1000 내지 100,000을 갖는 첨가제.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흐름개선제가 빗형(comb) 중합체인 첨가제.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흐름개선제가 에틸렌 옥사이드에서 유도된 선형 중합체인 첨가제.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물의 흐름 개선제(B)가 디카복실산, 트리카복실산 또는 이들의 무수물의 아민염, 모노 아미드 또는 디아미드, 또는 반(半)아민염, 반 아미드인 첨가제.
- 제11항에 있어서, 흐름 개선제(B)가 프탈산 및 이수소화 수지(獸脂)아민의 반 아민 염, 반 아미드인 첨가제.
- 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (A) 대 (B)의 중량비가 1:1 내지 20:1인 첨가제.
- 제1항 또는 제13항중 어느 한 항에 따른 첨가제 혼합물의 연료유에서 저온 흐름 개선제로서의 용도.
- 제12항에 있어서, 연료유가 탄소원자 25개 이상의 탄소 쇄길이를 갖는 파라핀 함유 연료유를 0.5중량%미만 함유한 연료유인 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
