Claims (18)

  1. (ⅰ)(A)표면장력이 40-60dyne/cm이고 또한 산으로 중화시킴으로써 음극에 전착가능한 수성욕을 형성시킬 수 있는 에폭시계 카티온 전착성 수지 및 (B)표면장력이 25-45dyne/cm인 비이온계 피막 형성성 수지를,
    수지(A) : 수지(B)= 60 : 40-98 : 2
    인 범위내의 중량비로 함유하고 또한 수지(A)의 표면장력이 수지(B)의 표면장력보다 큰 복층막 형성용 카티온 전착도료를 도장하고 가열경화후에 (ⅱ)제1상층도장으로서 수성 또는 유기용제계의 착색도료를 도장하고, (ⅲ)제2상층도장으로서 착색되어 있어도 좋은 투명의 도막을 형성시킬 수 있는 분체도료를 도장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시계 카티온 전착성 수지(A)가 수평균 분자량이 적어도 380, 에폭시당량이 190-2000의 폴리페놀의 폴리그리시딜에테르인 도장방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 에폭시계 카티온 전착성 수지(A)가 수평균 분자량이 적어도 800-2000, 에폭시당량이 400-1000의 폴리페놀의 폴리그리시딜에테르인 도장방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시계 전착성수지(A)가 44-55dyne/cm의 표면장력을 갖는 도장방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 비이온계 피막형성성 수지(B)가 아크릴계수지, 폴리에스테르수지, 폴리에스테르 변성수지 및 실리콘 변성수지로부터 선택된 도장방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 비이온계 피막성수지(B)가 28-40dyne/cm의 표면장력을 갖는 도장방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시계카티온 전착성수지(A)가 비이온계 피막성수지(B)가 서로 불상용성 또는 난상용의 관계에 있는 도장방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 복층막 형성용 카티온 전착도료에 있어서의 수지(A) 대 수지(B)의 비율이 70 : 30-95 : 5의 범위내에 있는 도장방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 착색도료가 메탈릭안료 또는 착색안료를 함유하는 수성도료인 도장방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 착색도료가 염료를 함유하는 수성 또는 유기용제계 도료인 도장방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 제1상층도장으로서 메탈릭 안료 및/또는 착색안료를 함유하는 착색도료를 도장한 후에 염료를 함유하는 도료를 도장하는 도장방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 제1상층도장으로서 경화후의 두께 30μ의 도막에 있어서, 파장 400-700nm의 광선 투과율의 평균치가 5%이하의 도막을 형성시킬 수 있는 수성 또는 유기용제계 착색도료를 도장한 후에 펄안료(Ti-M10)함유도료를 도장하는 도장방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 펄안료 함유도료가 펄안료로서 α-산화철결정을 적어도 80중량% 함유하는 산화철 입자를 2산화 티탄으로 피복하여 되고, 그 긴쪽방향 칫수(평균중심입경)이 5-30μ, 두께가 긴폭방향의 1/10-1/20이며, 또한 이 펄안료가 비히클성분 100중량부(고형분)당 0.1-30중량부 함유되어 있는 수성 또는 수성 유기용제계 도료인 도장방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 착색도료가 긴쪽방향 칫수가 5-50μ, 짧은 폭 방향칫수가 1-30μ의 프라토시아닌 판상 결정과 1μ이하의 착색안료 및 마이카로 되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종을 착색제로서 함유하는 수성 또는 유기용제계 도료인 도장방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 착색도료가 인편상의 그래파이트 입자를 함유하는 수성 또는 유기용제계 도료인 도장방법.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 분체도료가 실질적으로 착색제를 함유하지 않는 투명 도막을 형성시킬 수 있는 분체도료인 도장방법.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 전착도면에 제1상층도장으로서의 20μ의 막두께에 파장이 400-700nm의 가시광선 투과율이 평균치가 5%이하인 도막을 형성시킬 수 있는 착색도료를 도장하고 이어서 제2상층도장으로서 60μ의 막두께에서 파장이 400-700nm의 가시광선 투과율이 평균치아 30-90%인 투명도막을 형성시킬 수 있는 착색제를 함유하는 분체도료를 도장하는 도장방법.
  18. 제1항의 방법에 의해서 도장된 도장물.
