Claims (21)

  1. 열가소성이나 열경화성수지 24.0중량%내지 35.0중량%: 20nm내지 30nm입자크기를 갖는 투명한 금속 산화물안료 1.1 중량% 내지 10.5중량%: 그리고 금속안료 또는 금속성안료 1.1 중량% 내지 10.5%를 포함하는 피복조성물로서 기판에 도포되었을때 우수한 다운프롭 및 유백광을 나타내는 높은 색도를 갖는 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전체안료의 건조중량을 기준으로하여 최소한 하나의 착색안료가 70.0중량%까지 부가적으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 금속산화물이 티탄다이옥시드, 미세바륨술페이트, 비정형실리카, 안티몬옥시드, 및 마그네슘옥시드로부터 선택되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 금속안료가 금속플레이크인것을 특징으로 하는 피복조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 금속성안료가 금속산화물 피복 운모인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 조성물.
  6. 열가소성이거나 열경화성수지 24.0중량% 내지 35.0중량%: 20mm 내지 30mm입자크기를 갖는 금속산화물 이산화안료 1.1 중량% 내지 10.5 중량%: 그리고, 금속안료 또는 금속성안료 1.1 중량% 내지 10.5를 기초피복층 피복조성물이 포함하고 피복제가 우수한 다운프롭 및 유백광을 나타내는 높은 색도를 갖는 최소한 하나의 안료 기초피복층 피복 조성물 및 최소한 하나의 바깥 투명 표면 피복조성물층을 포함하는 피복기관.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 기초피복층피복조성물이 부가적으로 전체안료의 건조중량을 기준으로 약70.0중량%까지 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복기판.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 금속산화물이 티탄다이옥시드, 미세한 바륨술페이트, 비정형실리카, 안티몬옥시드, 그리고 마그네슘옥시드로 구성된 기로부터 선택되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복기판.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 금속성안료가 금속플레이크를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복조성물.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 금속성안료가 금속산화물 피복운모을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복조성물.
  11. 열가소성이나 열경화성수지 24.0중량% 내지 35.0 중량% : 20nm내지 30nm입자크기를 갖는 금속산화물 안료 1,1 중량% 내지 10.5중량%: 그리고, 금속안료 또는 금속성안료 1.1 중량%내지 10.5%를 안료 기초피복층이 포함하고, 기판에 도포되어 경화되거나 건조될때 피복조성물이 깊은 다운프롭 및 유백광을 나타내는 높은 색도를 갖는 최소한 하나의 안료 기초피복층 및 최소한 하나의 투명한 표면피복층을 포함하는 다층피복 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 전체안료의 건조중량을 기준으로 최소한 하나의 착색안료를 70.0중량%까지 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 피복 조성물.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 금속산화물이 티탄다이옥시드, 미세바륨술페이트, 비정형실리카, 안티몬옥시드, 및 마그네슘옥시드로 구성되는 기로부터 선택되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 피복조성물.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 금속안료가 금속 플레이크를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 피복 조성물.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 금속성안료가 피복된 운모를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 피복 조성물.
  16. 열가소성이나 열경화성수지 24.0중량%내지 35.0중량% : 20nm내지 30nm입자크기를 갖는 금속 다이옥시드 안료 1.1 중량% 내지 10.5중량%: 그리고 금속 플레이크 안료 1.1 중량% 내지 10.5%를 피복조성물이포함하고, 그렇게 생산된 피복이 우수한 다운프롭을 갖는 높은 색도 및 유백광을 갖는 것으로, 기판에 최소한 하나의 피복조성물을 도포시키는 단계와 그때 피복층을 경화시키는 단계나 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 기판 피복 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 피복층이 전체 안료의 건조중량으로 기준으로 최소한 하나의 착색안료를 70.0중량%까지 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 금속산화물이 티탄 다이옥시드, 미세한 슬페이트, 비정형 실리카, 안티몬 옥시드 및 마그네슘옥시드로 구성된 기로부터 선택되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  19. 제16항에 있어서, 금속안료가 금속플레이크를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  20. 제16항에 있어서, 금속성안료가 금속산화물피복운모를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는방법.
  21. 20nm내지 30nm입자크기를 갖는 투명한 금속산화물 안료 1.1 중량% 내지 10.5중량% : 그리고 금속안료나 금속성 안료 1.1중량% 내지 10.5%를 포함하고, 기판에 도포될때 우수한 다운프롭 및 유백광을 나타내는 높은 색도를 갖는 수지성 피복 조성물.
