Abstract
내식성, 내후성, 가공성을 아울러 지니는 복합금속판 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다.
금속표면에 화성처리를 행한 후 그 위에 밑칠로서 유기수지계 도료를 도장, 건조하고 이어서 그 위에 변성 폴리올레핀수지의 접착층과 폴리올렌핀수지층의 2층으로 이루어지는 중간층을 50~300 마이크로미터 두께로 형성시켜 폴리올레핀수지층의 표면을 화염처리 또는 코로나방전처리로 표면개질하고 관능기중의 산소량과 표면의 탄소량의 비를 나타내는 O/C 치로 0.05~0.30의 관능기를 생성시키고 다시 덧칠로서 우레탄경화형 폴리에스테르도료 또는 우레탄경화형 불소도료를 8~36 마이크로미터 두께로 도장, 건조시켜서 얻어진 복합금속판.

Claims (7)
- 금속판표면에, 최하층의 화성처리층, 그 위에 유기수지계 도료의 밑칠층이 설치되어 있고 그 위에 변성 폴리올레핀수지의 접착층과 폴리올렌핀수지층의 2층이 복합된 50~300 마이크로미터의 중간수지층으로 이 수지층의 표면은 표면개질로 관능기의 양이 관능기중의 산소량과 표면의 탄소량의 비를 나타내는 O/C로 값 0.05~0.30 존재하고 있고, 다시 그 위에 우레탄경화형 폴리에스테르수지 또는 우레탄경화형 불소수지로 8~35 마이크로미터 두께의 덧칠도막을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합금속판 및 그 제조방법.
- 금속표면에 화성처리를 행한 후 그 위에 밑칠로서 유기수지계 도료를 도장, 건조하고 이어서 그 위에 변성 폴리올레핀수지의 접착층과 폴리올렌핀수지층의 2층으로 이루어지는 중간층을 50~300 마이크로미터의 두께로 형성시키고, 폴리올레핀수지층의 표면을 화염처리 또는 코로나방전처리로 표면개질하고, 관능기중의 산소량과 표면의 탄소량의 비를 나타내는 O/C 치로 0.05~0.30의 관능기를 생성시키며 다시 덧칠로서 우레탄경화형 폴리에스테르도료 또는 우레탄경화형 불소도료를 8~36 마이크로미터 두께로 도장, 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합금속판 및 그 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 밑칠도막중에 방청안료로서 스트론튬크로메이트 또는 징크크로메이트 또는 스트론튬크로메이트와 징크크로메이트의 혼합된 것을 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 10~40 중량부 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합금속판.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서 중간수지층에 불연성 향상제로서 3 산화안티몬과 브롬소계 난연제를 각각 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 3~15중량부 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합금속판.
- 제1, 3 또는 제4항에 있어서 중간수지층 및 덧칠도막의 양쪽에 불연성 향상제로서 3 산화안티몬과 브롬소계 난연제를 각각 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 3~15중량부 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합금속판.
- 제1, 3, 4 또는 제5항에 있어서 덧칠도막중에 항균·방곰팡이 향상제로서 은을 함유하는 무기계 항균제를 수지 100 중량부에 0.05~2 중량부 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합금속판.
- 제1, 3, 4, 5 또는 제6항에 있어서 중간수지층의 두께가 80~300 마이크로미터인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합금속판.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
