Abstract
[목적]
본 발명은 주로 옥외에서 건재용으로서 사용되는 내식성, 내후성, 가공성이 우수한 고내구성 표면처리강판 및 그 제조방법을 제공하는 것이다.
[구성]
금속판표면에 화성처리층, 방청안료함유 하도층, 폴리올레핀계수지의 중간피복층, 아크릴수지, 우레탄수지, 폴리에스테르수지 또는 불소수지계의 상도층을 피복하여 이루어진 표면처리금속판.

Claims (2)
- 금속판표면에 최하층에 화성처리층, 그위에 방청안료를 함유하는 유기수지계도료의 하도층, 그위에 변성폴리올레핀계 수지의 접착층과 폴리올레핀계수지의 중간층의 2층이 복합된 중간피복층, 또한 그위에 아크릴수지게도료, 우레탄수지계도료, 폴리에스테르수지계도료, 또는 불소수지계도료의 상도층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내구성 표면처리 금속판.
- 금속표면에 화성처리를 실시한 후, 그위에 하도로서 방청안료를 함유하는 유기수지계도료를 도장하여 건조시키고, 이어서 그위에 변성폴리올레핀계수지의 접착층과 폴리올레핀계수지의 중간층을 압출기로 가열용융한 후, 2층을 동시에 T다이로부터 압출하여 피복하고, 또한 상도로서 아크릴수지계도료, 우레탄수지계도료, 폴리에스테르수지계도료 또는 불소수지계도료를 도장하여 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내구성 표면처리 금속판의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
