Claims (8)

  1. 색소가 부가적인 얇은 산화망간층을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화티타늄 및 그의 적절한 산화금속으로써 도포된 운모판에 기본을 두며, 개량된 광견뢰도를 가지는 자개색소.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산화망간의 용량이 총 색소에 비교하여 0.05-0.5중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 자개색소.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서 1개 이상의 산화금속층이 SiO2도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자개색소.
  4. 제1항에서 3항까지중 어느 한항에 있어서, 금홍석색소가 기본색소로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자개색소.
  5. 이산화티타늄 수화물로써 도포한 직후 또는 하소후에 기본색소상에 수산화망간층을 도포시킨 후, 색소를 세척, 건조, 하소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 1개 이상의 이산화티타늄 수화물층으로써 이산화티타늄과 혼합된 산화금속층으로써 수용성 현탁액에서 도포되어, 세척, 건조, 하소된 운모판에 기본을 두며, 개량된 광견뢰도를 가지는 자개색소 제조 공정.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 총색소 및 하소후에 존재하는 산화망간과 비교해 볼때 수산화 망간이 0.05-0.5중량%가 침전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자개색소 제조공정.
  7. 제5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 금홍석이 하소시에 형성되는 것과 같은 방법으로 이산화티타늄 수화물이 침전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자개색소 제조공정.
  8. 제5항부터 7항까지의 모든 항에 있어서, SiO2가 1개 이상의 산화금속층과 함께 침전되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자개색소 제조공정.
