Claims (8)
- 지코늄 디옥사이드와 티타늄디옥사이드의 상대적인 비가 1:10중량퍼센트인 금속산화물의 혼합층으로 피복된 운모인 것을 특징으로 하는 증가된 광택과 착색력을 갖는 금속 산화물로 피복된 운모에 의한 나전안료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지르코늄 디옥사이드 함량이 2.5 내지 5중량퍼센트인 것을 특징으로 하는 나전안료 조성물.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 그밖의 유색 또는 무색의 금속산화물이 금속산화물에 존재하거나 분리된 층의 형태로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나전안료 조성물.
- 높은 상수의 pH를 갖는 현탁액 내에서 1개 또는 그 이상의 금속염의 용액과 운모를 혼합한뒤 세척, 건조하고 운모를 하소하여 금속산화물로 운모조각을 피복하는 방법에 있어서, 금속염 용액에서의 티타늄과 지르코늄의 몰비가 약 15:1 내지 150:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 운모에 의한 나전안료의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 피복단계의 pH값이 2 내지 3으로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제3항 또는 4항에 있어서, 피복단계의 온도가 50°-100℃사이로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제4항에서 제6항까지의 어느 1항에 있어서, 금속염 용액이 짙은 유색이나 무색의 금속이온을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제4항에서 제7항까지의 어느 한항에 있어서 공지된 피복단계 다음에 티타늄과 지르코늄이 함유된 금속염 용액을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
