Claims (9)
- Sb2O3가 도우프된 SnO2피막으로 피복된 BaSO4입자로 이루어지며, 피막은 1~15중량%의 Sb2O3를 함유하고, 피막두께는 2~80nm이며 미피복된 상태에서 BaSO4입자의 표면적은 0.1~150㎡/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성황산바륨.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피막은 6~12중량%의 Sb2O3를 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성황산바륨.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 피막두께는 10-30㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성황산바륨.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미피복된 상태 BaSO4입자의 비표면적은 0.1~3㎡/g 또는 12~150㎡/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 황산바륨.
- SnCℓ4를 함유하는 제1산용액을 BaSO4의 수성분산액에 첨가하여 혼합물을 얻고 SbCℓ3를 함유하는 제2산용액을 상기 혼합물에 첨가함에 있어서 수성분산액을 BaSO4를 50~800g/ℓ의 농도로 함유하고, 제1산용액은 SnCℓ41~95중량%의 농도로 함유하며, 제2산용액은 SnCℓ3를 0.5~60중량%의 농도로 함유하며, 제2산용액은 SnCℓ3를 0.5~60중량%의 농도로 함유하고 염기성용액을 첨가함으로써, 동시에 또는 연속적으로 제1산용액을 BaSO4의 분산액에 첨가하여 pH를 9~14로 조정하고, 산을 첨가함으로써 혼합물의 pH를 4와 1사이로 낮춘후에 제2산용액과 함께 염기성용액을 첨가하고, 얻어진 도전성 황산바륨을 분리, 건조 및 300~800℃에서 소성하는 것으로 이루어지는 도전성 황산바륨의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, pH가 0~3이고 SnCℓ4를 1~95중량의%농도로 함유하는 제3산용액을, 제1산용액을 첨가하기 전에 BaSO4의 분산액에 첨가하고 얻어진 출발혼합물을 제1산용액을 첨가하기전에 10~200분간 교반시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 황산바륨의 제조방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 잇어서, 제1용액과 염기성용액을 첨가시킨후에 혼합물을 10~200분간 교반하고, 연속적으로 제2산용액을 첨가하기 전에 산을 첨가함으로써 혼합물을 pH값을 4에서 1로 낮추는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 황산바륨의 제조방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 제2산용액을 첨가를 마친후 1~30시간이 지난후에 도전성 황산바륨을 분리, 건조 및 소성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 황산바륨의 제조방법.
- 도전성 접착제, 도전성도료, 도전성플라스틱, 도전성적층페이퍼, 또는 도전성 합성섬유에 사용되는 제1항 내지 제4항에 다른 도전성 황산바륨의 사용.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
