Claims (13)
- 유전성분, 적어도 한가지의 셀룰로오스 수지로 된 결합제 및 용매로 구성된 슬립 조성물로부터 제조된 두께 약 25마이크론 이하의 프리-스탠딩(free-standing) 특성이 있는 유연층으로 이루어진 생 세라믹 전구체 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유전 성분이 바륨 티타 네이트인 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결합제가 알킬셀룰로오스 에테르 또는 히드록시 알킬 셀룰로오스 에테르인 테이프.
- 제3항에 있어서, 알킬 셀룰로오스 에테르가 에틸셀룰로오스인 테이프.
- 제4항에 있어서, 에틸셀룰로오스의 에톡실 함량이 44 내지 53중량%이고 점도가 약 40센티포이즈 이상인 테이프.
- 제2항 또는 제5항에 있어서 에톡실 함량이 48.0 내지 49.5중량%이고 점도가 40 내지 60센티포이즈인 테이프.
- 제2항 또는 제5항에 있어서 에톡실 함량이 48.0 내지 49.5중량%이고 점도가 90 내지 110센티포이즈인 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 두께가 5 내지 18마이크론인 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 슬립이 또한 계면활성제를 함유하는 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 슬립이 또한 가소제를 함유하는 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결합제가 열가소성 메틸셀룰로오스이고 용매가 물인 테이프.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 생테이프를 사용하여 제조된 캐패시터.
- 유연성 또는 비유연성의 비다공질 담체에 박층의 피복물을 적용시키고, 피복물의 두께를 조절한 후, 피복물/담체를 건조시키고 담체로부터 피복물(생테이프)을 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제1항 내지 11항중의 어느 하나에서 정의된 생세라믹 전구체 테이프를 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
