Claims (13)

  1. 유전성분, 적어도 한가지의 셀룰로오스 수지로 된 결합제 및 용매로 구성된 슬립 조성물로부터 제조된 두께 약 25마이크론 이하의 프리-스탠딩(free-standing) 특성이 있는 유연층으로 이루어진 생 세라믹 전구체 테이프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유전 성분이 바륨 티타 네이트인 테이프.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 결합제가 알킬셀룰로오스 에테르 또는 히드록시 알킬 셀룰로오스 에테르인 테이프.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 알킬 셀룰로오스 에테르가 에틸셀룰로오스인 테이프.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 에틸셀룰로오스의 에톡실 함량이 44 내지 53중량%이고 점도가 약 40센티포이즈 이상인 테이프.
  6. 제2항 또는 제5항에 있어서 에톡실 함량이 48.0 내지 49.5중량%이고 점도가 40 내지 60센티포이즈인 테이프.
  7. 제2항 또는 제5항에 있어서 에톡실 함량이 48.0 내지 49.5중량%이고 점도가 90 내지 110센티포이즈인 테이프.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 두께가 5 내지 18마이크론인 테이프.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 슬립이 또한 계면활성제를 함유하는 테이프.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 슬립이 또한 가소제를 함유하는 테이프.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 결합제가 열가소성 메틸셀룰로오스이고 용매가 물인 테이프.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 생테이프를 사용하여 제조된 캐패시터.
  13. 유연성 또는 비유연성의 비다공질 담체에 박층의 피복물을 적용시키고, 피복물의 두께를 조절한 후, 피복물/담체를 건조시키고 담체로부터 피복물(생테이프)을 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제1항 내지 11항중의 어느 하나에서 정의된 생세라믹 전구체 테이프를 제조하는 방법.
