진주광택 안료의 제조방법

Claims (8)

  1. 이산화티탄올 루틸형으로 피복하기 위해, 이산화티탄 뿐만아니라 이산화 주석을 금속염 수용액으로부터 수성현탁액 중의 운모박편상에 침적시키고, 그후 안료를 세정, 건조 및 하소하여 금속 산화물로 피복한 운모 박편을 기재로 하는 진주광택 안료를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 티탄염용액을 첨가하기 전에 이산화주석 침적을 완결함을 특징으로 하는 진주광택 안료의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 주석염을 사용한 운모에 대하여 주석함량이 약 0.25 내지 1.0중량%가 되도록 사용함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 운모수성현탁액에 주석염 용액을 승온에서 서시히 첨가하고, 동시에 염기를 첨가하여 주석이 운모상에 이산화주석 또는 함수 이산화주석으로서 정량적으로 침적하는 pH를 유지시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 이산화주석이 pH 약 1.5 내지 2.0에서 침적함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 이산화티탄이 pH 약 1.5 내지 2.0에서 침적함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 금속산화물의 침적이 온도 약 50 내지 100℃에서 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 안료를 850℃에서 적어도 30분 또는 그와 동등한 조건하에서 하소함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 사용한 금속염이 사염화물임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
