Claims (8)
- 이산화티탄올 루틸형으로 피복하기 위해, 이산화티탄 뿐만아니라 이산화 주석을 금속염 수용액으로부터 수성현탁액 중의 운모박편상에 침적시키고, 그후 안료를 세정, 건조 및 하소하여 금속 산화물로 피복한 운모 박편을 기재로 하는 진주광택 안료를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 티탄염용액을 첨가하기 전에 이산화주석 침적을 완결함을 특징으로 하는 진주광택 안료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주석염을 사용한 운모에 대하여 주석함량이 약 0.25 내지 1.0중량%가 되도록 사용함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 운모수성현탁액에 주석염 용액을 승온에서 서시히 첨가하고, 동시에 염기를 첨가하여 주석이 운모상에 이산화주석 또는 함수 이산화주석으로서 정량적으로 침적하는 pH를 유지시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이산화주석이 pH 약 1.5 내지 2.0에서 침적함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이산화티탄이 pH 약 1.5 내지 2.0에서 침적함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속산화물의 침적이 온도 약 50 내지 100℃에서 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안료를 850℃에서 적어도 30분 또는 그와 동등한 조건하에서 하소함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용한 금속염이 사염화물임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
