Abstract

자동차의 방향지시램프를 위한 칼라 코팅 조성물 및 저가로 오염없이 생산할 수 있는 방향지시램프를 제공하기 위하여, 본 발명에 따른 방향지시램프의 칼라 코팅 조성물은 필름-형성수지 및, 여기에 첨가하는 0.1㎛ 미만의 직경을 갖는 황색안료에 적색 산화철 안료의 혼합물로 구성되는 혼합된 안료이다.
방향지시램프는 칼라 코팅 조성물을 사용하여 제조된 칼라 방향지시램프 벌브로 구성되며 색도 조건을 만족시킬 수 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 방향지시램프를 위한 칼라 코팅조성물에 있어서, 필롬-형성수지 고형분 원료 100중량파트 및, 여기에 0.1㎛ 미만의 입경을 갖는 적색 산화철(α-Fe2O3)의 적색안료 및, 인돌리논, 퀴나크리돈, 아조 금속복합체, 투명한 황색 산화철, 및 농축된 아조 황색안료로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1개의 황색안료를, 적색안료 대 황색안료의 중량비가 0.1 : 99.9 내지 80 : 20가 되도록 혼합하여 구성된 혼합 안료를 1.0 내지 500중량파트 첨가하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향지시램프를 위한 칼라 코팅조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 더 나아가 실란 커플링제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향지시램프를 위한 칼라 코팅조성물.
  3. 제1하에 있어서, 상기 필름-형성수지가 실리콘 폴리에스터, 실리콘 알키드, 실리콘 에폭시, 실리콘 아크릴릭, 실리콘 페놀릭, 실리콘 폴리우레탄, 및 실리콘 멜라민수지로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향지시램프를 위한 칼라 코팅조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름-형성수지가 실리콘 폴리에스터수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 방향지시램프를 위한 칼라 코팅조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적색안료를 구성하는 적색 산화철의 입경이 0.05㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방향지시램프를 위한 칼라 코팅조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적색안료를 구성하는 적색 산화철의 입경이 0.03㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방향지시램프를 위한 칼라 코팅조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항의 어느 한 항에 따른 칼라 코팅조성물을 무색 방향지시램프 벌브의 표면에 코팅하고, 코팅체를 건조, 경화하여 형성되는 경화된 칼라 코팅체를 갖는 칼라 방향지시램프 벌브로 구성되며, 상기 방향지시램프에 불을 켰을 때, 다음 식 (Ⅰ), (Ⅱ) 및 (Ⅲ) :
    0.427≥y≥0.398 (Ⅰ)
    0.007≥z (Ⅱ)
    x+y+z=1 (Ⅲ)
    (여기서, x, y및 Z는 광원 색을 규정하는 트리스티뮬러스 값 X, Y 및 Z에 각각 해당하는 색도 좌표 변환값을 나타낸다)에 의해 나타낸 CIE-XYZ의 x및 y의 색도 좌표에서 색도 조건을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향지시램프.
