Claims (14)

  1. 전기 배터리를 재순환시키며, 특히 어떤 화학적 성분을 가지는 장치를 위해 고전압 배터리 혼합물, 모여진 프린트회로기판, 그리고 전자적 성분을 재순환시키고, 출발물질이 가열되며, 잔류물에 남아 있는 금속이 전기분해에 의해 침전되는 공정에 있어서, a) 분류되지 않은 혼합물의 열분해가 450℃ 내지 650℃ 사이 온도에서 수행되고, b) 열분해 용재의 전기분해가 수행되며, 다음으로 c) 전기분해 생성물의 분리와 전극에 축적된 생성물의 제거가 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 전기 배터리 재순환 처리방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가스 열분해 생성물이 처음 콘덴서를 통과하게 되고, 5-10% 불화붕소산의 역류에 의해 세척되며, 냉각제로서 콘덴서로 복귀되고, 다음에 원심분리기를 통해 뽑아내어지며 먼지 거리개로 보내어지고, 최종적으로 공기와 함께 연소되도록 됨을 특징으로 하는 전기 배터리 재순환 처리방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 열분해 용재가 수용액으로 희석된 불화붕소 세척산으로 처리되며, 걸러지고, 필터 케이크(filter cake)가 전기분해로 공급되며, 거른액이 기존 염을 위한 결정시스템으로 공급되어짐을 특징으로 하는 전기배터리 재순환 처리방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 열분해 용재의 전기분해가 전해액내에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 전기배터리 재순환 처리방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 불화붕소산이 전해액 용제로 사용되며, 전기분해중 동작온도가 50℃ 내지 80℃ 사이로 온도로 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 전기배터리 재순환 처리방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 열분해 용재가 용광로내에서 용융되며 전기분해가 열분해 용재의 용융물내에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 전기배터리 재순환 처리방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 전기분해중에 음극공간내에 축적되는 금속이 금속학적, 전기화학적 또는 화학적으로 분리되며, 분리된 후에 이들이 재활용을 위해 공급될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 전기배터리 재순환 처리방법.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 전기분해중에 양극공간내에 축적되는 침전물이 분리될 수 있으며, 재활용을 위해 배터리 제조기로 공급될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 전기배터리 재순환 처리방법.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 전기분해중에 사용되는 전해액을 재생시키기 위해 분해된 물질이 결정화되어 분리되어짐을 특징으로 하는 전기배터리 재순환 처리방법.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 불화붕소산 용액으로 구성된 전해액이 증류에 의해 재생되며, 재생된 불화붕소산이 전기분해 용제로 다시 사용되고, 하부 생성물이 열분해에 의해 재활용을 위해 공급될 수 있는 불화물로 변환됨을 특징으로 하는 전기배터리 재순환 처리방법.
  11. 제4항에 있어서, 전기분해중에 전해물내에서 분해된 비금소기 아말감(amalgum)과 같은 수은 음극에서 계속적으로 또는 배치(batch)식으로 분리됨을 특징으로 하는 전기 배터리 재순환 처리방법.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 전기분해중 축적된 양극 침전물이 불화붕소산으로 처리되어 미량금속을 분리하도록 하며, 재활용을 위해 배터리 제조자에게 공급되는 분해되지 않은 잔류물이 걸러지게 됨을 특징으로 하는 전기배터리 재순환 처리방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 열분해가 불활성가스 대기내에서 수행됨을 특징으로하는 전기배터리 재순환 처리방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 열분해가 줄어든 대기압하에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 전기배터리 재순환 처리방법.
