제1도는 고성능의 관례적 형강압연기의 약시도이고,
제2도는 훨씬 저렴한 경비가 소요되는 고성능 형강압연기의 제1도와 유사하게 표시된 개략도이고,
제3도는 보다 상세히 표시된 형강압연기의 개략도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 2단-가역-예비압연대와 가역-탠댐-압연대군을 구성하는 만능형작업압연대 및 플랜지 엣저(엣징압연대), 그리고 인출측에 설치된 만능형 마무리압연대를 갖춘 형강압연기에 있어서, 가역-예비압연대(1)의 후측에 설치된 가역-텐댐-압연대군(16)은 만능형작업압연대(4), 플랜지 엣저(5)및 만능형 마무리압연대(8)를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 형강압연기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 만능형작업연대(4)는 로울저어 날측을 향해 가늘어지는 양 원추상 로울통부를 갖고 있는 종로울을 갖고 있고 만능형마무리압연대(8)는 원동상 통부를 가진 종로울을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 형강압연기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 만능형압연대는 2단 압연대로 교환될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 형강압연기.
  4. 만능형마무리압연대(8)는 만능형 작업압연대(4)보다 작은 압하율로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 3항중의 어느 한 항에 의한 형강압연기의 운전방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 매패스시 만능형마무리압연대(8)의 압하량은 만능형작업압연대(4)의 압하량의 15%내지 55%에 말하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
