Claims (5)
- 내연기관의 엔진 냉각 및 윤활시스템에 있어서, 엔진오일섬프, 엔진오일펌프, 펌프의 출구, 제1출구 및 제2출구와 연통된 입구를 가지는 흐름분배기, 제1출구와 엔진의 가열된 부품들을 냉각시키기 위한 섬프사이에 연결된 엔진 냉각회로, 마모에 노출된 엔진부품들을 윤활시키기 위해 제2출구와 섬프 사이에서 진냉각회로와 병렬로 연결된 엔진윤활회로 및 엔진과 섬프 사이에서 엔진 냉각회로에 연결된 유체-공기 열교환기를 구비하는 차량운전실 가열기를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 엔진냉각 및 윤활시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가열된 오일을 엔진으로부터 수용하기 위한 입구를 가지며 엔진오일을 냉각시키기 위한 열교환기, 제1온도로 냉각된 오일을 섬프로 연통시키기 위한 제1출구 및 제1온도보다 더 낮은 제2온도로 냉각된 오일을 열교환기로부터 제거하기 위한 제2출구를 구비하며, 엔진유도공기로부터 엔진으로 열을 전달함과 아울러, 열교환기의 제2출구와 연통된 오일입구와 섬프와 연통된 오일출구를 가지는 충전공기 냉각기를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 엔진냉각 및 윤활시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 가열된 냉각오일을 엔진으로부터 수용하는 입구ㆍ열교환기 입구와 연통된 제1출구 및 제2출구를 가지는 온도 제어밸브, 제2제어 밸브 출구를 섬프와 연통시키는 바이패스라인, 엔진윤활회로, 바이패스라인을 통해 온도 흐름을 제어하는 온도 제어밸브 및 열교환기의 오일의 온도를 온도 감지기에 의해 감지된 온도의 함수로서 감지하기 위한 온도 감지기를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 엔진냉각 및 윤활시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서 흐름분배기는 엔진의 블록내에서 연장하는 보어, 펌프 출구와 연통된 입구 통로, 보어를 냉각회로와 연통시키는 블록의 제1출구통로 및 보어를 윤활회로와 연통시키는 제2출구통로를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각 및 윤활시스템.
- 엔진냉각 및 윤활 시스템에 있어서, 엔진오일섬프, 엔진오일펌프, 오일을 마모에 노출되는 엔진부품들쪽으로 향하게 하기 위해 펌프와 섬프 사이에서 연결된 엔진윤활회로, 윤활회로의 오일의 온도를 감지하기 위한 온도감지기, 그리고 엔진으로부터 받아들인 가열된 오일은 냉각시키기 위한 열교환기와, 섬프와 연통하는 바이패스라인과, 엔진으로부터 열교환기로 그리고 바이패스라인으로 온도감지기에 의해 감지된 온도의 함수로서 오일연통을 제어하기 위해 온도 감지기에 연결된 밸브를 포함하며 윤활회로와 병렬관계로 펌프와 섬프 사이에서 연결된 엔진냉각회로를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 엔진냉각 및 윤활시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
