Claims (13)

  1. 자기적으로 이방성화한 평균 결정 입경이 0.01 내지 0.5㎛인 R-Fe-B 계합금(R은 Y를 포함하는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 회토류 원소, 또 Fe의 일부를 CO로 치환한 R-Fe-CO-B계 합금을 포함하고, 더욱이 첨가원소(M)로서 Si,Al,Nb,Zr,Hf,Mo,Ga,P,C의 1종 또는 2종 이상의 조합을 이용한 R-Fe-B-M계 합금, R-Fe-Co-B-M계 합금을 포함함)을 평균 입경 1 내지 1,000㎛로 분쇄한 것을 특징으로 하는 본드자석용 자분.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    분쇄에 제공하는 R-Fe-B 합금의 특정 방향(이방성화 방향)의 잔류 자속밀도가 8KG 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 본드자석용 자분.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    R-Fe-B계 합금 분말이 R:11 내지 18at%, B: 4내지 11at%, CO: 30at% 이하, 전부 Fe 및 불가의 불순물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 본드자석용 자분.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    R-Fe-B계 합금 분말이 초급냉법에 의해 얻어진 박편을 HIP, 고온 프레스에 의해 고밀도화한 후, 소성변형에 의해 이방성화된 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 본드자석용 자분.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 소성변형의 수단이 온간 업셋팅 가공인 것을 특징으로 하는 본드자석용 자분.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 첨가원소의 첨가량이 0.01 내지 3at%인 것을 특징으로 하는 본드자석용 자분.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    결정립의 C축에 수직인 방향의 평균직경(C)과 C축 방향의 평균직경(a)의 비C/a의 평균치가 2이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 본드자석용 자분.
  8. 평균 결정 입경이 0.01 내지 0.5㎛인 R-Fe-B계 합금분말(R은 Y를 포함하는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 희토류 원소, 또 Fe의 일부를 CO로 치환된 R-Fe-CO-B계 합금을 포함하고, 더욱이 첨가원소(M)로서 Si,Al,Nb,Zr,Hf,Mo,Ga,P,C의 1종 또는 2종 이상의 조합을 이용한 R-Fe-B-M계, R-Fe-CO-B-M계 합금 포함함)을 15 내지 40체적%의 결합제와 혼합하고, 자장중 압축성형, 자장중 사출성형 기타의 기계가공에 의해 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 이방성 본드자석.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    R-Fe-B계 합금 분말이 R:11 내지 18at%, B:14 내지 11at%, CO: 30at%이하, 전부 Fe 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이방성 본드자석.
  10. 제8항에 있어서,
    R-Fe-B계 합금 분말이 초급냉법에 의해 얻어진 박편을 HIP, 고온 프레스에 의해 고밀도화한 후, 소성변형에 의해 이방성화한 소재를 거칠게 분쇄하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이방성 본드자석.
  11. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 소성변형을 부여하는 수단으로서 온간 업셋팅 가공으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 이방성 본드자석.
  12. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 첨가원소의 첨가량이 0.001 내지 3at%인 것을 특징으로 하는 이방성 본드자석.
  13. 제8항에 있어서,
    내경 10 내지 15㎜, 외경 13 내지 18㎜, 높이 25㎜ 이하의 형상을 가지는 사출성형에 의해 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 이방성 본드자석.
