Claims (1)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)을 갖는 퀴놀린 유도체 또는 그의 에스테르 또는 이들의 염을 제조하는데 있어서,(식중, Z는 아미노기 또는 할로겐원자를 나타내고, R1은 수소원자, 메틸기 또는 에틸기를 타나내며, R2는 수소원자, 메틸기 또는 플루오로메틸기를 나타내고, R3및 R4는 동일하거나 다른 것으로서, 수소원자 또는 메틸기를 나타내며 및 n은 정수 1 또는 2이다) (ⅰ) 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 카르복실산 또는 그의 에스테르와 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 반응시켜, 상기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그의 에스테르를 제조하거나,(식중, R1,R2,R3,R4, Z 및 n은 상술한 바와 같고, X는 할로겐원자를 나타내며, Y는 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1-5의 저급알킬기이다. 단, Z가 할로겐원자인 경우, Y는 수소원자이다) 또는, (ⅱ) 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물과 암모니아를 반응시켜 상기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그의 에스테르를 제조하거나,(식중, R1,R2,R3,R4,X,Y 및 n은 상술한 바와 같다) 또는, (ⅲ) 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 화합물에 대하여 보호기-제거반응을 수행하여, 상기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그의 에스테르를 제조하거나,(식중, Z′는 아미노기, 할로겐원자 또는 보호기로 보호된 아미노기이고, R1′는 수소원자, 메틸기, 에틸기 또는 아미노기의 보호기이며, R2,R3,R4,Y 및 n은 상술한 바와 같다. 단, Z′가 아미노기 또는 할로겐 원자인 경우 R1′는 아미노기의 보호기이다) 또는, (ⅳ) 하기일반식(Ⅵ)와 에스테르를 가수분해 하여 상기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하거나,(식중, Y′는 탄소수 1-5의 저급 알킬기이고, R1,R2,R3,R4,Z n은 상술한 바와 같다) 또는, (ⅴ) 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 카르복실산을 에스테르화 시킴으로써 상기 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물의 에스테르를 제조하거나,(식중, R1,R2,R3,R4,Z 및 n은 상술한 바와 같다) 또는, (ⅵ) 필요하다면, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 갖는 퀴놀린 유도체 또는 그의 에스테르를 산, 염기 또는 금속염으로 처리하여 상기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그의 에스테르의 염을 제조함.(식중, R1,R2,R3,R4,Z 및 n은 상술한 바와 같다)을 특징으로 하는 상기 일반식(Ⅰ)을 갖는 퀴놀린 유도체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
