Claims (1)
- 구조식(Ⅱ)의 화합물 또는 그의 산부가염이나 N-실릴유도체 또는 4-위치에 구조식-COOR1인 그룹(이때 R1은 수소원자 또는 카복실 차단그룹)을 함유하고 음이온 A를 지닌 상응하는 화합물을 구조식(Ⅲ)의 산 또는 그에 상응하는 아실화제로 아실화시티거나, 구조식(Ⅳ)의 화합물 또는 그의 염을 3-위치에 -CH2SY그룹을 생성하도록 유황 친핵체화 반응시키거나, 구조식(Ⅴ)의 화합물을 피리딜핵의 질소원자에 치환체로써 카바모일메틸 그룹을 도입시키기 위해 카바모일메틸화제와 반응시키며, 각 경우 필요 하다면 그리고/또는 원한다면 다음 반응 즉, Δ2-이성체를 원하는 Δ3-이성체로 변환, B가 >SO인 화합물을 B가 >S인 화합물로 환원, 카복실 그룹을 무독성염이나 무독성의 대사적르호 불안정한 에스테르로 변환, 카복실 차단 그룹 및/또는 N-보호그룹중의 몇몇을 제거시키는 반응중의몇몇을 적절한 연속반응으로 시행함을 특징으로 하여 구조식 (Ⅰ)의 화합물이나 그의 무독성염 또는 무독성의 대사적으로 불안정한 에스테르를 제조하는방법.상기 구조식중Ra및 Rb는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며 각기 C1-2알킬 그룹을 나타내고이들이 부착된탄소와 함께 C3-6사이클로알킬리덴 그룹을 형성하며,Y는 N-카바모일메틸피리디니움 그룹을 나타낸다.B는 >S 또는 >SO(α-또는β-)이며 2-, 3- 및 4-위치의 점선 브리지는 화합물이 세프-2-엠 또는 세프-3-엠 화합물임을 나타낸다.R2는 카복실 차단그룹(예를들면 R1에서 기술된 바와 같음)을 나타내고R3는 아미노 또는 보호된 아미노그룹이다R4와 R4a는 구조식 Ⅳ에서는 독립적으로 수소 또는 카복실 차단그룹을 나타내며 구조식 Ⅴ에서는 R4, R4a모두 카복실 차단그룹이다.X는 치환될 수 있는 친핵체 잔류물이며,Y1는 피리딜 그룹을 나타낸다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
