Claims (2)

  1. 하기식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 하기식(Ⅲ)의 반응성 에스테트와 반응시키고 모든 보호된 아미노기를 탈보호화하고 유리형태 또는 산부가염 또는 4차염의 형태로 얻어지는 화합물을 회수하는 단계로 구성되는 하기식(Ⅰ)의 화합물과 그것의 산부가엽 또는 4차염의 제조방법.
    상기식에서, R1은 에틸 또는 비닐이며, R2는 5원소로 된 포화헤테로사이클이나 하이드록시에 의해 알킬부가 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 아미노 알킬이며, R2′는 모든 아미노기가 보호되어 있는 것을 제외하고는 상기의 R2와 같다.
