- 구조식(Ⅱ)의 퀴나졸린을 구조식(Ⅲ)의 카르복실산 또는 이의 아실화제의 기능기와 반응시켜 구조식(Ⅰ)의 퀴나졸린 및 그 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.

- R은 C1-C4알킬기이고
- n은 0, 1 또는 2의 정수이며
- m은 0, 1 또는 2의 정수를 나타내는데 n 및 m=1 또는 2가 되어야 한다.
