Claims (1)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 아미노 화합물을 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 카복실산 또는 카복실산의 반응성 유도체와 반응시키거나, 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 아미노 화합물(W=알콕시부위에 4이하의 탄소원자를 갖는 알콕시 카보닐)을 일반식(Ⅵ)의 카복실산 또는 카복실산의 반응성 유도체 또는 하기 일반식(Ⅶ)의 카복실산 또는 카복실산의 반응유도체와 반응시켜 화합물 내에서 치환체 B를 치환하여 A로 얻거나 하기 일반식(Ⅷ)의 화합물에서 D그룹을 산화시켜 CCCH (W=카복실) 그룹으로 얻거나 또는 하기 일반식(Ⅸ) 화합물에서 E그룹을 가수분해시켜 CCOH 그룹 (W=카복실)으로 얻고 필요에 따라 상술한 화합물을 에스테르화 또는 트란스에스테르화시켜 에스테르(W=알콕시 부위에 4이하의(탄소원자를 갖는 알콕시카보닐)로 또는 가수분해시켜 유리산(W=카복실)으로 또는 산 또는 염기로 생리학적으로 허용되는 염을 만듬을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물의 살리실산 유도체의 제조방법.
    상기식에서
    W는 카복실그룹 또는 알콕시부위에 4이하의 탄소원자를 갖는 알콕시카보닐그룹을 나타내고,
    Z는 수소 또는 할로겐원자를 나타내며,
    R1은 수소원자, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬그룹, 탄소수 2 내지 6의 알케닐그룹 또는 총탄소수 6이하를 갖는 알콕시알킬그룹을 나타내고,
    Y는 탄소수 1 내지 3의 알킬렌기를 나타내며,
    X는 하기 일반식(Ⅱ) 화합물의 피리딘기 또는 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)화합물의 퀴놀린기를 나타내고,
    R2는 수소원자 또는 할로겐원자 또는 탄소수 4이하의 알킬그룹 또는 알콕시부위에 4이하의 탄소원자를 갖는 알콕시그룹을 나타내며,
    R3는 수소원자 또는 탄소수 4이하의 알킬그룹을 나타내고,
    A는 비치환 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬그룹의 1치환 또는 2치환된 탄소수 4 내지 8의 알킬렌아미노그룹 또는 탄소수 7 내지 10의 아자비-사이클로알킬그룹을 나타내며(여기서 이들 그룹은 각각의 경소 질소원자를 통해 분자잔기에 결합한다),
    B는 할로겐원자를 나타내고,
    D는 산화하여 카복실그룹으로 전환될 수 있는 그룹을 나타내며,
    E는 가수분해하여 카복실그룹으로 전환될 수 있는 그룹을 나타낸다.
