Claims (12)
- 유리화상 윈도우를 구비한 음극선관에 있어서, 상기 윈도우(27)가 이것의 화상 표면상에 대전성이 있는 섬광감소 영상 전송 코우팅(39)을 갖는데, 상기 코우팅은 상기 섬광감소 특성을 부여하기 위한 거친표면(41)을 가지며 실질상 실리케이트 물질과 그리고 상기 대전 특성을 상기 코우팅에 부여하기 위한 무기 금속성화합물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 섬광 감소 대전성 실리케이트 코우팅을 가진 음극선관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속성 화합물이 백금, 팔라듐 주석 및 금으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소로 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 상기 음극선관.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속성 화합물이 상기 대전 특성을 상기 코우팅에 부여하는 충분한 농도로, 그리고 상기 코우팅의 상기 영상 전송 특성을 실질상 저하시키는 불충분한 농도로 상기 코우팅(39)에 나타나는 것을 특징으로하는 상기 음극선관.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 실리케이트 물질이 실질상 나트륨, 칼륨 및 리튬으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 알칼리 금속의 실리케이트로 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 상기 음극선관.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 실리케이트 물질이 실질상 리튬 실리케이트로 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 상기 음극선관.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 금속성화합물이 팔라듐 화학물인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 음극선관.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 팔라듐 화합물의 팔라듐이 0.005 내지 0.020하중 퍼센트범위의 농도로 상기 코우팅에 나타나는 것을 특징으로하는 상기 음극선관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기적으로 통전하는 통로를 지닌 상기 코우팅(39)을 접지전위로 연결하기 위한 접촉수단(37)을 추가로 구비한 것을 특징으로하는 상기 음극선관.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 접촉수단이 상기 코우팅(39)과 물리적으로 접촉하여 상기 음극선관에 대한 금속폭발 방지 구조(37)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기음극선관.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 접촉수단이 상기 음극선관 둘레에 신장된 금속밴드(37)를 포함하고, 상기 코우팅(39)이 상기 밴드로서 겹쳐져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기음극선관.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 접촉수단이 상기 음극선관 둘레에 신장된 금속 밴드(37)를 포함하고, 상기밴드(37)가 상기 코우팅(39)에 겹쳐져 있는 것을 특징으로하는 상기 음극선관.
