Claims (4)

  1. 내표면과 외표면 및 측벽부를 가진 페이스플레이트, 네크 및 네크에 페이스플레이트를 연결하는 코운을 포함하는 엔비로프, 적어도 하나의 전자비임을 방사하기 위하여 네크 내부에 구비된 전자총, 전자비임의 충격에 의해 가시광을 방사하기 위하여 페이스플레이트 내표면상에 구비된 형광면, 패널상에 정전하가 축적되지 못하게 하기 위하여 페이스 플레이트의 외표면상에 구비된 대전방지막, 측벽부 둘레에 감긴 금속 인장 밴드 및, 대전 방지막을 금속 인장 밴드에 전기적으로 접속하는 접속부재로 이루어진 음극선관에 있어서, 접속부재는 도전성 원소 및 적어도 비정질의 산화규소 또는 수산화 규소를 함유하는 바인더로 주로 구성된 도전성 산화물 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 접속부재는 알루미늄, 동, 니켈, 탄소, 은 및 금으로 된 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 도전성 원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 접속부재가 10wt%-90wt%의 도전성 원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 접속부재의 두께가 0.1mm-2mm 인것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
