Abstract

본 발명은 수은을 정량 봉입한 저압 수은증기 방전램프를 제공하는데 있다.
유리벌브(11)와, 유리벌브(11) 양단에 설치된 전극과, 유리벌브(11)내에 봉입되며, 램프의 동작시 벌브벽 온도를 넘고 또한 유리벌브 연화온도미만에서 용융하고, 수은방출후는 수은을 실질적으로 재흡수하지 않는 수은방출 금속기체(18)와, 수은과 회가스를 포함하는 방전매체를 구비하며, 상기 유리벌브(11) 단부에는 마디부(17)가 형성되어 있고, 이 마디부(17)에 수은방출 금속기체(18)가 고착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
수은방출 금속기체는 간단히 유리벌브(11)에 용융 고착되고, 더구나 유리벌브(11) 단부의 마디부(170)에 고착되므로 고착접촉면적이 크게 탈락하지 않는다.

제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예를 나타낸 환형 형광램프의 일부를 절단하여 일부를 확대해서 나타낸 정면도, 제2도는 본 발명의 제2실시예를 나타낸 직관형 형광램프의 일부를 절단하여 일부를 확대해서 나타낸 정면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 유리벌브와 : 유리벌브 양단에 설치된 전극과 : 유리벌브내에 봉입되며, 램프의 동작시 벌브벽온도를 넘고 또한 유리벌브 연화온도 미만에서 용융하고, 수은방출후는 수은을 실질적으로 재흡수하지 않는 수은방출 금속기체와 : 수은과 회가스를 포함하는 방전매체를 구비하며, 상기 유리벌브 단부에는 마디부가 형성되어 있고, 이 마디부에 수은방출 금속기체가 고착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저압 수은증기 방전램프.
  2. 유리벌브와 : 유리벌브 양단에 설치된 전극과 : 유리벌브내에 봉입되며, 램프의 동작시 벌브벽온도를 넘고 또한 유리벌브 연화온도 미만에서 용융하고, 수은방출후는 수은을 실질적으로 재흡수하지 않는 수은방출 금속기체와 : 수은과 회가스를 포함하는 방전매체를 구비하며, 유리벌브는 납유리의 부분을 구비하고, 납유리부분에 수은방출 금속기체가 고착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저압 수은증기 방전램프.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 유리벌브는 소다석회유리로 이루어진 메인튜브와, 메인튜브의 단부를 봉지하고, 전극을 지지하는 납유리스템을 구비하며, 수은방출 금속기체는 납유리스템에 고착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저압 수은증기 방전램프.
  4. 유리벌브와 : 유리벌브 양단에 설치된 전극과 : 유리벌브내에 봉입되며, 램프의 동작시 벌브벽온도를 넘고 또한 유리벌브 연화온도 미만에서 용융하고, 수은방출후는 수은을 실질적으로 재흡수하지 않는 수은방출 금속기체와 : 수은과 회가스를 포함하는 방전매체를 구비하며 유리벌브는 소다석회유리로 이루어진 메인튜브와, 메인튜브의 단부를 봉지하고, 전극을 지지하는 납유리스템을 구비하며, 수은방축 금속기체는 메인튜브와 납유리템의 경계 부분에 고착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저압 수은증기 방전램프.
