Claims (2)

  1. 유리밸브 양단에 최소한 안정 방전상태에 있어서 열음극으로서 동작하는 한쌍의 전극을 설치하고, 밸브내면에 형광체층을 형성하고, 내부에 발광개스를 봉입하고, 방전에 의해 이 발광개스가 발하는 방사로 형광체를 발광시키는 관지름 16mm 이하의 저압희 개스방전형광램프에 있어서, 발광개스로서 Xe외에, He,Ne,Ar, Kr의 최소한 1종류 이상의 개스를 첨가한 것을 특징으로 하는 열음극형 저압희개스방전형광램프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 첨가개스가 봉입개스 전체의 50% 이상의 용적비인 것을 특징으로 하는 열음극형 저압희개스방전형광램프.
