본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본원 발명의 일실시예를 나타낸 부분단면도,
제3도는 본원 발명의 다른 실시예인 열음극형 저압회가스방전형광램프의 부분단면외형도,
제8도는 본원 발명의 실시예에 있어서 사용한 열음극형 저압회가스방전 램프의 일부 종단측면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 밸브내에 발광가스로서 회가스를 봉입하고, 방전에 의해 이것들이 방사하는 빛을 이용하는 것에 있어서, 벌브내면의 최소한 양광주(陽光柱)를 둘러싸는 부분에 방전공간과의 격리막을 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 저압회가스방전램프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 격리막은 테트라부틸티타네이트를 가열분해시켜서 형성한 투광성을 가진 산화티틴박막(TiO2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 저압회가스방전램프.
  3. 유니벌브내에 최소한 안정방진상태에서 열음극으로서 동작하는 전극을 포함하는 한쌍의 전극을 배설하고, 상기 유리벌브내면에 형광체층을 형성하고, 다시 내부에 발광가스를 봉입하고, 방전에 의해 이 발광가스가 발하는 방사로 상기 형광체층을 발광시키는 봉입발광가스분압이 5Torr이하이며, 또한 발광가스는 최소한 크립톤(Kr)인 것을 특징으로 하는 열음극형 저압회가스방전형광램프.
  4. 열음극형 저압회가스방전램프를 점들할 때에, 직류로 점등하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열음극저압회가스방전램프의 점등방법.
