Claims (1)

  1. 유리밸브와 그 내면에 피착된 투명도전피막과, 그 내면에 피착된 형광체 피막을 가지고, 유리밸브 단부에 전자방사물질을 피착한 전극이 봉착(封着)되고, 유리밸브 내에 이방전성 기체와 수은을 봉함해서 구성되는 것에 있어서, 상기 유리밸브는 그 내면에 피착된 투명도전 피막 위에 반사피막이 피착되고, 상기 투명도전 피막과 반사피막과의 사이에 산화안티몬의 피막을 가지고, 상기 반사피막의 위에 형광체 피막이 피착되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 래피드 스타아트형 형광램프.
