Claims (6)

  1. EEPROM타입의 메모리 시스템에 있어서, 다수의 메모리 바이트를 형성하는 메모리 셀의 횡열 및 종열의 다수의 부분을 포함하며, 각 부분은 수록회로를 포함하며, 각 부분의 각 횡열은 메모리셀을 포함하며, 각 부분은 동일한 수의 욍열 및 동일한 수의 종열을 포함하는 상기 EEPROM타입의 메모리 시스템은 각 부분에서 동일한 횡 및 종 배치를 하고 있는 각각의 메모리셀이 메모리의 각 바이트를 구비하며, 각 부분이 바이트의 각각의 셀을 관련된 수록회로에 동시에 선택하여 접속시키는 선택수단을 구비하며, 따라서 각각의 상기 수록회로는 관련된 셀에서의 정보를 제1상태에서 제2상태로 변경될 수 있게 하거나, 역으로 상기 변경되는 관계없이 다른 수록회로가 상기의 관련셀에 축적되는 정보를 만들 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 EEPROM타입의 메모리 시스템.
  2. 제1항의 EEPROM타입의 메모리 시스템에 있어서, 선택수단은 각 부분에 있는 오직 하나의 셀을 관련된 수록회로에 언제라도 연결시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 EEPROM타입의 메모리 시스템.
  3. 제1항 혹은 2항의 EEPROM타입의 메모리 시스템에 있어서, 각각의 셀은 부동 게이트 전계효과 트랜지스터(QM) 및 두 종래의 전계효과 트랜지스터(QG,OD)를 포함하며, 각 트랜지스터는 소오스 게이트 및 드레인을 포함하며, 종래의 한 트랜지스터의 소오스는 부동게이트 트랜지스터 게이트에 연결되며, 종래의 다른 트랜지스터의 소오스는 상기 부동 게이트 전계 효과 트랜지스터의 드레인에 연결되며, 상기 선택수단은 모든 상기 재래식 트랜지스터를 턴온시켜 상기 부동 게이트 트랜지스터를 관련된 수록회로에 접속시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 EEPROM타입의 메모리 시스템.
  4. 제3항의 EEPROM타입의 메모리 시스템에 있어서, 수록회로는, 각각의 종열이 상기 모든 종래의 트랜지스터(QG)의 한 드레인을 상기 출력단자(9)의 한 단자에 접속시키며, 종열의 상기 종래의 트랜지스터(QD)의 다른 드레인을 상기 출력단자(8)의 다른 단자에 접속시키기 위한 분리된 제1종열 선택 트랜지스터(QCG)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타입의 메모리 시스템.
  5. 제4항의 EEPROM타입의 메모리 시스템에 있어서, 메모리 시스템이, 수록회로에 관련된 셀의 정보가 수록된 상태로 존재할때, 각 부분이 각 부분에 관련된 수록회로를 작동으로부터 방지하기 위한 비교수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 EEPROM타입의 메모리 시스템.
  6. 제5항의 EEPROM타입의 메모리 시스템에 있어서, 각각의 수록회로는, 상기 관련된 수록회로의 상기 한 출력단자에 관련셀을 충전시키는 상기 다른 출력단자 보다 높은 전위를 인가하는 제1상태 및 관련된 수록회로의 상기 다른 출력단자에 관련셀을 방전시키는 상기한 출력단자 보다 높은 전위를 인가하는 제2상태에서 플립플롭회로(QFG,QFD)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 EEPROM타입의 메모리 시스템.
