Claims (22)

  1. 약 20 내지 100bar의 수소압력과 150 내지 300℃의 온도와 Cu-Cr 혼합물과 구리부착 담체로 구성되는 촉매의 존재하에서 산, 에스테르 또는 알데히드 작용기를 가지는 딩해수의 탄소원자 화합물을 수소화함으로써 알콜을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 약 25 내지 100bar의 수소압력과 150˚ 내지 300℃의 온도에서 Cu-Cr 혼합물과 구리부착 담체로 구성되는 촉매의 존재하에서 당해 지방산 또는 알킬에스테르를 수소화하여 6내지 24 단소원자를 갖는 지방알콜을 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 수소화가 약 30 내지 80bar의 수소압력하에 수행되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 20 내지 35bar의 수소압력과 150 내지 250℃의 온도에서 Cu-Cr 혼합물과 구리부착 담체로 구성되는 촉매의 존재하에서 푸푸릴 알레히드를 수소화하여 푸푸릴알콜을 제조하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 수소화가 약 170℃ 내지 250℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 지방산알킬에스테르의 알킬라디칼이 1내지 25 탄소원자를 포함하는 지방산알킬에스테르의 수소화에 의한 지방알콜의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 알킬라디칼이 메틸라디칼인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 산화물로서 구리의 약 20 내지 40 중량%를 함유하는 구리와 크롬의 혼합물을 일차성분으로서 약 5 내지 45중량%에 해당하는 양의 구리 부착담체를 이차성분으로서 함유하는 촉매의 존재하에서 수소화를 수행하는 알콜의 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 촉매의 일차성분이 구리의 약 30 내지 40중량%를 함유하는 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 촉매의 이차성분이 구리의 약 20 내지 40중량%를 함유하는 방법.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 촉매의 일차성분이 환원매질에서 제조되는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 포름알데히드가 환원매질로 사용되는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 촉매의 이차성분의 구리가 담체상의 분무로 부착되는 방법.
  14. 제8항에 있어서, 구리가 부착된 담체가 알카리금속 실리케이트인 방법.
  15. 제8항에 있어서, 구리가 부착된 담체가 알카리금속 알루미네이트인 방법.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, Cu-Cr 혼합물/담체상의 Cu의 중량비율이 약1:15 내지 1:0.75를 포함하는 촉매 존재하에서 지방산 또는 지방산 알킬에스테르의 수소화가 수행되는 방법.
  17. 제4항에 있어서, Cu-Cr 혼합물/담체상의 Cu의 중량비율이 1:0.2 내지 1:0.4를 포함하는 촉매 존재하에서 푸푸알데히드의 수소화가 수행되는 방법.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 공급원료의 중량을 기준하여 약 0.1내지 5중량%에 해당하는 양으로 Cu-Cr 혼합물/담체상의 Cu의 촉매존재하에 수소화가 베취내에서 수행되는 방법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 촉매의 양이 공급원료를 기준하여 0.2 내지 1중량%로 함유되는 방법.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, 약0.1 내지 5의 LHSV에서 수소화가 연속 수행되는 방법.
  21. 제1,2,3,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,18,19,20항에서, 설명된 방법에 의해 제조되는 방법.
  22. 제1,4,5,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,17,18,19,20항에서 설명한 방법에 의해 제조되는 푸푸릴 알콜.
