Abstract

Procédé de production d'alcools, en l'occurence d'alcools gras ou d'alcool furfurylique, par hydrogénation respectivement d'acides gras ou d'esters alkyliques de ces acides gras à meme nombre d'atomes de carbone, ou de furfuraldéhyde, à une pression comprise entre 20 et 100 bar, sous une température comprise entre 150 et 300 degrés et en présence d'un catalyseur comprenant d'une part d'une part un mélange Cu-Cr et d'autre part de cuivre déposé sur un support.
